FAILURE TO REGISTER AS SEX OFFENDER

On July 9, 2018 Murray was charged with failing to register as a sex offender. Murray was previously convicted and incarcerated for gross sexual imposition with a minor. Murray was then ordered to register as a sex offender every year following his incarceration. He is currently out of compliance with that order. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is now looking for Murray. Murray’s last known registered address is 105 17th Street Toledo, Ohio (The Cherry Street Mission). The NOVFTF is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Murray. He is still believed to be in the Toledo area. The NOVFTF will go anywhere in the United States to arrest Murray.
