CRIME OF THE WEEK: ARMED ROBBERY X2 AGGRAVATED ASSAULT X2 The Toledo Police Department has filed charges on Leroy Alcorn and Dajuan Willingham in connection with a series of armed robberies that have been occurring throughout Toledo. Willingham has been arrested but Alcorn is still on the run. Alcorn has a tattoo on the front of his neck, “Steffany”.
