IT SUPPORT ENGINEER YO U R R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S – You will deliver 2nd level IT support for our stores. This includes diagnosing and resolving eventual breakdowns. – You respond to user requests at HQ, identify and analyze the problems and you try to find a solution. – You will work in close consultation with the IT System Administrator & Network Security Specialist in a first place, but also the colleagues of IT and other departments. – You will participate in projects, such as the IT provisioning of new stores and roll-out of new cash register application. – You contribute to continuous improvement of both systems and processes.
YO U R P R O F I L E – You have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. – Having technical IT skills: • TCP/IP and network topologies (DNS, DHCP, subnet, gateway,...) • Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint,...) • Experience in the setup and maintenance of software packages • Familiar with cloud-applications – You understand ITIL and are familiar with helpdesk and monitoring tools – You are accurate in administration and documentation – You demonstrate empathy and active listening skills when dealing with clients (store employees) – You have a problem-solving mind – You are proficient in Dutch, French and English – IT is your passion and being stress resistant is a must
