Commercial Property Grants Apart from the Federal Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the government also introduces commercial property grants to its citizens to buy or sell commercial properties. These grants are of two types: funds awarded directly by the US government and tax credits. Commercial business grants are also available from private foundations. In this grants, residential property, residential components of buildings, and property rented out to hospitality and food business are not eligible. Only the vacant business property is eligible. The money comes like reimbursement once the remodeling work is over and the expenses are paid for the commercial property.

Industrial applicants with a minimum of 100 employees, landlords with six million dollars net worth and tenant applications are also eligible for these grants. These grants are awarded to profit-making entities so that it allows them to grow and succeed in their ventures. These grants are like stimulating agents, which cannot help to establish a new whole business venture but can easily suffice the needs for expansion of small or medium sized businesses.

The government organizations also fund small businesses with specific business needs. Many states also approve grants for job training campaigns and to expanding businesses. They also approve grants for scientific research, sustainable development and agricultural related projects.
