SENSATIONAL SERVICES
RIVERVIEW HEALTH OPENS AZURE PLASTIC SURGERY & MEDSPA AT CLAY TERRACE
Azure Plastic Surgery & MedSpa is about to get a facelift, so to speak - in that it is moving to a new location in Clay Terrace.
The move enables the facility to expand its footprint, double the square footage, and provide additional treatment options on the spa side, including aestheticians who can do HydraFacials, waxing and hair removal.
The opening of Azure in Clay Terrace is one foothold for the leadership at Riverview Health, who are trying to expand their service offerings within Hamilton County, which has experienced extensive growth in recent years and is expecting even larger growth in the future.
“As population increases, demand for health care in Hamilton County will increase,” says Jason Kaufmann, director of marketing
and communications at Riverview Health. “Even with the current substantial presence, there’s still a challenge for health care in Hamilton County, with expected shortages of providers in the future to meet growing demand.”
Not only is the plastic surgery and med spa industry gaining popularity, but patients also want to receive health care close to where they live. The Clay Terrace location gives patients close,
“HELPING MY PATIENTS FEEL BETTER ABOUT THEMSELVES IS WHAT GIVES ME THE MOST SATISFACTION.”
— DR. JOSHUA TIEMAN
convenient access. Azure is a full-service location that offers face surgery, nose surgery, ear pinning, as well as surgery for breasts, abdomen, buttocks and thighs. Dr. Joshua Tieman is the plastic surgeon who will be leading the team at Azure.
Tieman, an Arizona native, did much of his training on the west coast, but has grown to love Hamilton County and the warm hospitality of those who live here. An artist since he was a young boy, Tieman was drawn to the artistic side of plastic surgery.
“Being able to put a personal touch on plastic surgery has always intrigued me,” he says.
Often folks associate plastic surgery with an attempt to stave off aging, and while that is valid in its own right, there are numerous procedures patients undergo such as fixing cleft palates, bone and jaw surgery, skull surgery, hand surgery - and all of the head-totoe reconstructive aspects of plastic surgery following traumatic accidents, or a cancer diagnosis. Tieman’s practice is 60/40 split on reconstruction and elective surgeries.
“Helping my patients feel better about themselves is what gives me the most satisfaction,” Tieman says. “It might be a procedure someone has wanted to do since they were 16. Now they’re 45 and can finally afford it, or are done having kids or whatever.”
While Tieman loves the variety of surgeries he does, he says breast cancer reconstruction is the most humbling part of his job.
“Breast cancer and breast cancer reconstruction has been a passion of mine since I was a medical student,” he says.
When he initially meets with a breast cancer patient following their diagnosis, he discusses their possibilities.
“I’m not selling them any particular thing or convincing them that they need my services,” he says. “I simply tell them what is and isn’t possible, as well as what is and isn’t safe. Other than that, breast reconstruction is a very personalized journey.”
He lets them know it’s perfectly OK not to have breast reconstruction surgery following breast removal, and to wear a prosthetic if it’s what they choose to do. By the same token, if someone shares they have always had a B cup and would prefer to be bigger following a mastectomy, it’s an option too.
“This is the perfect time to make something better out of a terrible situation,” Tieman says. “Being able to get them to what they
had always wanted to be, despite their cancer diagnosis, is a neat thing. Going through that process with them is such an honor.”
Kaufmann says it’s important to find a surgeon who understands the challenges a patient faces who has undergone a traumatic event like breast cancer.
“The mental strain of undergoing surgery and treatment for breast cancer is significant,” Kaufmann says. “To have someone who can help walk you through that ordeal is pretty special. It puts Dr. Tieman, his skills, and his practice in a different light.”
Tieman maintains that it takes a lot of courage for someone to schedule a consultation and admit that they are unhappy with the size or shape of their breasts, but the outcome following surgery can be life changing for the patient. For instance, breast reduction surgery can make a dramatic difference in a patient’s selfesteem. It also affects them physically in that
“I’M NOT SELLING THEM ANY PARTICULAR THING OR CONVINCING THEM THAT THEY NEED MY SERVICES. I SIMPLY TELL THEM WHAT IS AND ISN’T POSSIBLE, AS WELL AS WHAT IS AND ISN’T SAFE. OTHER THAN THAT, BREAST RECONSTRUCTION IS A VERY PERSONALIZED JOURNEY.”
— DR. JOSHUA TIEMAN
they no longer have to suffer from aching backs, necks and shoulders. Plus, they can comfortably exercise and even change their wardrobe.
“My breast-reduction patients always come in after their first visit, eager to tell me that they can now wear button-up shirts,” Tieman says. “It sounds so small, but it’s such a huge thing for them.”
Tieman says that one day he’d like to put together a mixtape of responses from his patients who were asked, “If you could go back in time, what would you tell your 20-year-old self?”
They all said, “I would have told myself to do this 30 years sooner!”
Azure Plastic Surgery & MedSpa is located at 14300 Clay Terrace Boulevard, Suite 200A in Carmel. The grand opening at Clay Terrace will be in mid-June. For more information, call 317-214-5795.

PERSPIRE SAUNA STUDIO
Writer / Christy Heitger-Ewing Photographer / Sarah BrowningAs a lifelong runner, Louise Hughes was training for her second marathon two years ago when she noticed that her body was taking longer to recover than it had in years past. After reading about how infrared sauna sessions provide safe and easy pain therapy for joint and muscle recovery, her interest was piqued. She learned that the deep heat during a session helps peripheral blood vessels dilate, which provides healing to muscles and soft-tissue injuries. She gave it a try and felt amazing.
She continued doing research and found that regular infrared sauna use and red-light therapy offer a holistic wellness approach that helps invigorate and refresh the body and mind. The infrared heat cleanses the body of toxins, reduces inflammation and releases tension. The color light restores balance. Those who partake in infrared sauna sessions can experience numerous benefits, including relaxing the mind, detoxing the body, burning calories, boosting immunity, hastening recovery, rejuvenating skin and improving sleep. Although Hughes loved her experience, she didn’t like the sterile environment.
“I thought how great it would be to open an infrared sauna place that was more of a relaxing, peaceful, spa-like sanctuary,” says Hughes, who then stumbled upon a franchise called Perspire Sauna Studio that first launched on the west coast. After a 25-year career in information technology consulting services, Hughes was ready to dive into a career she felt passionate about, and this fit the bill.
“This business checked every box for me,” says Hughes, who decided to become a franchise owner and open a Perspire Sauna Studio in Clay Terrace. She talked to a number of people who have used infrared saunas and red-light therapy, and was blown away by their stories. People with Lyme disease or Parkinson’s disease found relief. Patients suffering from arthritis symptoms were alleviated. Those detoxing from mold exposure or chemotherapy felt improved health.
The first of its kind in Indiana, Perspire Sauna Studio will open in mid-June, offering nine private suites where members and guests can fully stretch out and relax for up to 40 minutes, at a temperature of their preference (130 to 170 degrees). The infrared saunas also include red-light and
chromotherapy.
“There’s a TV on the wall so you can catch up on your favorite shows, relax to music, or listen to a meditation - whatever you want,” says Hughes. “It’s really your time to just relax and enjoy the heat.”

Organization is a journey, not a destination.
That’s what Lori McKeever tells her clients on a regular basis. McKeever is the owner of a franchise that’s new to Indiana called Bee Organized Carmel, a professional home organization company. Bee Organized is committed to simplifying hives in more ways than one. They provide services for in-home organization for every room from the attic to the basement; moving and life transitions that include relocation, downsizing and senior moves; and concierge services such as errands and shopping, managing home projects and seasonal decorating.
“We pride ourselves on being compassionate, confidential and judgementfree,” says McKeever, a mother of three with a lifelong passion for organization. “Owning my own organization business is a dream come true because organizing has always been my jam.”
Often when it comes to organization, the primary emotion is feeling overwhelmed.
“I just had an assessment this morning where the woman had a gorgeous home but didn’t know where to start or how to make the space the most functional for her
family,” McKeever says. “That’s where my bees and I come in with a professional eye to help.”
McKeever notes that Bee Organized is all about creating sustainable solutions for their clients that work for their families.
“It’s not all about clear acrylic containers,” she says. “It’s about functionality and sustainable solutions that our clients can maintain for the long haul.”
Some organization companies charge for an in-home assessment, but McKeever does not. In fact, she typically responds to requests for assessments within a couple of hours and schedules them within a day or two.
“Some places do virtual assessments, but I want that face-to-face with the client,” she says. “I also want to be able to feel the space to get a sense of what is and isn’t working.”
These assessments usually take between 30 and 45 minutes.
While some companies concentrate primarily on luxury home organization, Bee Organized is dialed in on a home’s function.
“We’re not afraid to jump in and do the harder jobs - that garage or that basement,” McKeever says. “The sky is the limit, really.”
The company doesn’t stop with organization. If you need a speaker for a women’s function or real estate event, you can hire McKeever.
Currently, Bee Organized Carmel serves north-central Indiana to include Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, Noblesville, Whitestown, Cicero and Sheridan. If you have a passion for organizing and would like to join McKeever’s team, visit beeorganized. com/become-a-bee-carmel.

WAYS TO USE YOUR HOME’S EQUITY TO PAY FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS
Story & Photography Provided
Are you planning a home improvement project? Chances are you’ve contemplated how to pay for it. Consider ways to leverage your home’s equity rather than maxing out credit cards, liquidating savings or investment accounts, or settling for your remodeler’s short-term consumer financing offers.
CASH-OUT REFINANCE
This may be a strategic way to pay for home improvements, depending on the equity in your home. If a first-lien mortgage already exists, you must pay it off with your new loan. You may only borrow against your home’s current (as-is) value and you will be required to preserve some of your home’s equity. Conventional and FHA mortgages allow you to finance up to 80% of your home’s value using a cash-out refinance. VA allows you to finance up to 90% of your home’s value using a refinance option that allows cash in hand at closing. Alternative options may be available using nontraditional (non-QM) loans. In addition to making home improvements, the proceeds of your new loan may also be used for debt consolidation or other purposes.
HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT (HELOC)
You might explore the versatility of a HELOC (pronounced HEE-lock). A HELOC is a line of credit extended by using equity in your home as collateral. You can use loan proceeds for home improvements, debt consolidation or other purposes. If
you have an existing first-lien mortgage, you can leave it in place and take out a HELOC as a second mortgage against your property. This is an attractive option for those with low interest rates on their first mortgages, but it comes with limitations. As with cash-out refinances, you may only borrow against your home’s current (as-is) value. Unlike other mortgages, you can pay off or pay down your HELOC and reuse it without applying for a new loan. Loan terms vary widely from lender to lender, and some lenders will allow you to finance up to 100% of your home’s value. During the draw period, your monthly payments are based on only the interest accrued, making this loan a good fit for those with the selfdiscipline to pay down the principal balance without being prompted to do so through monthly billing.
RENOVATION MORTGAGE
Most homeowners do not know renovation mortgages exist, allowing them to refinance their existing mortgage and include additional costs for home improvements. Before you execute another strategy, these loans are worth a look. Various renovation mortgages are available: conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and portfolio programs. The proceeds of these loans may only be used to renovate your home. You select a qualified contractor who provides a bid detailing the scope of work, which is then given to the appraiser. The appraiser uses your contractor’s bid to estimate what your home will be worth after the renovation has been completed, allowing you to borrow
against the future improved value of your home. Unlike a cash-out refinance, you are not limited to borrowing up to only 80% of your home’s value. With these flexibilities, you can borrow more, stretching your renovation budget.
Leveraging your home’s equity to finance improvements has its advantages. Interest paid on mortgages may be tax deductible. Since the costs are amortized over a sizable time period, absorbing the costs for home improvements becomes more affordable. Often, mortgages provide lower interest rates and overall costs than alternative financing methods such as credit cards or consumer financing.

GOOD DAY CARMEL
Writer / Jeff Worrell Photography ProvidedThis is the sixth time that parents, supporters, teachers and local leaders broke bread together at the Cheftacular table. The event was cooked up by Chef Nick Carter one year after joining Carmel High School (CHS) as a culinary instructor. Having come from another school corporation where students were able to gain commercial kitchen exposure, Chef Carter wanted a real-world experience for his new Carmel students.
If you have not had the pleasure of dining at Cheftacular, it is a pairing of local restaurant chefs with students, who work together over the semester to learn more about what it means to prepare food for the public. The icing on the cake for the chef-student teams is to prepare a dish to be served to the public during Cheftacular night. It was inspirational for me to watch students carefully fashion each plate under the watchful eye of their mentor chef.
The first year, 85 mostly parent attendees enjoyed the creations of six student-chef teams. This year, Chef Carter, Chef Chad Young, students and the Culinary Arts Booster Club entertained 450 guests who grazed among 18 student-chef teams. The crowd also generated enough money to whip up a $4,000 donation to the Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank.
“This event was started to raise awareness about a wonderful career opportunity for students,” Chef Carter said. “It ended up being a win for the kids and a win for the community.”
“Cheftacular is a wonderful opportunity to involve the community in our school programming,” said Nancy Spencer, family and consumer sciences department chair at Carmel High School. “Having local chefs and restaurants work with our students is a valuable resource that we continually work on strengthening. There is a push by the state to create more work-based
learning opportunities for our students. Cheftacular and other community culinary events help connect our students to these opportunities.”
Carmel High School is expanding the resources available to students who take a class from Chef Carter or Chef Young as they are building a new commercial kitchen.
“The new kitchen will allow us to give students experience in an environment that is truly authentic as they discern if this is a career path they want to pursue,” Carter said.
One former student who did pursue such a path is Emily Daily, who proudly returned to CHS this year as a mentor chef. Chef Carter was quick to highlight her as an example of success.
“She is the reason we do this,” Carter said.
And that’s a recipe worth saving. Scan this QR code to view the first of many videos with Good Day Carmel’s Jeff Worrell and Carmel Magazine’s Lyndsey Brown.

CARMELFEST
FERRIS WHEEL COMING TO CARMELFEST IN JULY
Writer / Christy Heitger-Ewing
Photography Provided
CarmelFest, a two-day Independence Day celebration, is an annual summer fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Carmel that always draws a hefty crowd. It’s chock-full of fun activities including a parade, talent show, fireworks, live music, food and drinks, local artists, a beer garden, and a KidsZone. Last year two mechanical rides were added to the KidsZone, which were hugely successful. This year brings another exciting ride to the event, with the addition of a 55-foot-tall Ferris wheel! It will not be in the KidsZone, but will be on-site for attendees to enjoy.
Because the Rotary Club’s logo includes a wheel that looks a lot like a Ferris wheel, Jeff Lenz, CarmelFest’s chairman, had an epiphany. He suggested bringing in a Ferris wheel to CarmelFest and calling it the Rotary Wheel. The Carmel Rotary leadership team, which includes Lenz, Steve Krusie, Christine Zoccola and William Howard, got busy making the vision a reality.
“The great thing about the Rotary Wheel is that it’s the first ride we’ve ever had that will be multigenerational,” says Krusie.
This year’s KidsZone will include a variety of entertainment including international groups, children’s rock bands, and martial arts. There will be Disney princesses, Abundant Youth Empowerment, Academy of Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre, the Ballet Theatre of Carmel, and Master Yoo World Class Taekwondo. Performers include Bach To Rock Carmel and Fishers, School of Rock Fishers, Carmel Sister City, and the Indiana Ballet Conservatory, among others.
“This is a great way to educate kids about the different cultures and genres in the city of Carmel,” says Osborne.
Rides at the KidsZone will include a bungee trampoline, ballistic swing, and pirate’s revenge, while attractions will include water balloon wars and an eight-person toxic meltdown action game.
CarmelFest began in 1990, put on by the City of Carmel, as a celebration for the Carmel community. Through the years its popularity has grown. Now the festival draws approximately 50,000 people from all across central Indiana. Although the City of Carmel still sponsors the fireworks display, in 2004 the Rotary Club of Carmel began leading the charge to present CarmelFest and has done so ever since. They use the funds generated by the festival for philanthropic purposes.
“We do service and mission projects - things our communities need help with in terms of time, resources and finances,” says Krusie.
The money raised by CarmelFest ensures that the Rotary Club can continue to provide scholarships and other services for the community, making it a win-win for everyone who attends.
According to Krusie, a variety of organizations throughout the community and the Hamilton County area help make CarmelFest a safe and secure success, including the Carmel Police Department and the Carmel Fire Department.
Butch Patrick, who played Eddie Munster on the 1960s television show “The Munsters,” will make a special appearance at CarmelFest thanks to Napleton Auto Group. Fans can meet Patrick and take pictures of the iconic Dragula car.
CarmelFest takes place July 3 from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., and July 4 from noon to 10 p.m. For more information, visit carmelfest.net.

MUSICALS ON THE MIND
ACTORS THEATRE OF INDIANA ANNOUNCES SHOWS FOR 2024-2025 SEASON
Story & Photography Provided
Actors Theatre of Indiana (ATI) has announced the shows that will be performed during their 2024-2025 season, which also happens to be their 20th anniversary.
The season will kick off on September 13 with “Ring of Fire.” The show celebrates
the iconic Johnny Cash - the Man in Black - whose razor-sharp vocals and strippeddown country sound helped shape the American rock-and-roll landscape in the 20th century. The musical follows Cash’s early life in the cotton fields of Arkansas, and moves to Memphis as he launches his music career, hits it big and marries the love of his life, June Carter. Five actor-musicians deliver crowd-pleasing renditions of Cash’s musical catalog, from country rock and roll to searing ballads of love and faith, including “I Walk the Line,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “I’ve Been Everywhere” and, of course, “Ring of Fire.” A toe-tapping, soul-stirring musical biography like never before, “Ring of Fire” celebrates the music that has become a part of our collective experience.
To get us into the holiday spirit, ATI will present “She Loves Me: A Holiday Love Story” starting November 1. “She Loves Me” is a euphoric, holiday-themed romantic comedy with a soaring score that shares its source material with the classic movies “The Shop Around the Corner,” “In the Good Old Summertime” and “You’ve Got Mail.” Amalia and Georg work together at a modest Hungarian perfumery and have disliked each other from the very beginning. He thinks she’s stuck up, and she thinks he’s arrogant and mean. Each rapturously writes to a lonely-hearts pen pal when the workday is done, and it doesn’t take long for the audience to see that they’re in love without realizing it. Inevitably, through some of the most iconic songs in the musical theater canon, (“Vanilla Ice Cream”, “She Loves Me”, “Will He Like Me?”), Georg and Amalia discover the truth, and rejoice in their love for each other at the story’s sweet and musically delightful conclusion.
Whodunit? Find out in 2025 as the season continues with, yes, “Whodunit: the Musical.” Beginning January 31, the musical by longtime Broadway actor and playwright Ed Dixon is a farcical musical mystery based on “The Circular Staircase” and “The Bat” by Mary Roberts Rinehart, often considered America’s Agatha Christie. A wealthy spinster and her cockney maid take a beautiful Connecticut summer home in 1931. When they arrive, all of the help has quit, except for a very odd butler who warns that something strange is going on. They are soon joined by the spinster’s niece, who’s brought a friend - a “friend” who turns out to be a young man! After a night of attempted break-ins, the sound of gunshots and the discovery of a dead body - or two - the detective arrives and things get really strange. “Whodunit” is a tuneful, riotous romp that’s part mystery, part drawing-room farce and all musical comedy.
The season will wrap up beginning on April 25, 2025, with “9 to 5.” Based on the 1980 movie of the same name, the musical features music and lyrics by Dolly Parton. Set in the late 1970s, this hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought provoking and even a little romantic. Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy - giving their boss the boot! This musical is a celebration of friendship, empowerment and the pursuit of a fair and equal working environment.

THE LAST NUMBER
ACCOMPLISHED GREGORY HANCOCK DANCE THEATRE PERFORMERS TO BID FAREWELL TO THE STAGE
Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre (GHDT) will close its 26th Season with “Sagas and Superstitions” on June 7 and 8 at The Tarkington at The Center for Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana. Featured in the program will be the premiere of “Don’t Sit at the Corner of the Table,” Artistic Director Gregory Hancock’s latest creation inspired by superstitions of Eastern Europe that are believed to bring both good and bad luck, and set to colorful Ukrainian music.
Company dancer Chloe Holzman will premiere her first choreographic work set on GHDT, “Pelo Caminho” featuring a Brazilian story and music.
“Greek Mythology” is inspired by the ancient tales and superstitions of Achilles, Eros and Psyche, Hermes, “The Three Graces,” Echo and Narcissus, and Pandora, and is set to contemporary music of Greece. Rounding out the program will be “The Wedding,” inspired by Roma traditions and set to Polish music.
This concert will mark the farewell performances of three long-time dancers of GHDT. Hannah Brown, Chloe Holzman, and Camden Lancaster will retire from the concert stage with this performance. They will each present a solo performance of memorable roles from their careers with GHDT. Please join us as we celebrate their contributions to GHDT over the years.
Hannah Brown has been with GHDT for 11 seasons and has appeared in over 96 repertoire pieces. She has created memorable performances as Elizabeth Short in “The Black Dahlia,” Mary Magdalene in “SUPERHERO: The Story of a Man Called Jesus,” the Daughter of the Persecutor in “Exodus,” Charmian in “Antony and
Cleopatra,” and many more.
“I will miss the feeling of being on stage,” Brown says. “I will miss wearing beautiful costumes, bringing characters to life, and losing myself in the music and movement in front of an audience. GHDT has been my home for a third of my life. I will miss being able to come to the studio every day and do what I love with such amazing people. The stories we tell on stage are so special and it’s something that makes GHDT unique. I feel lucky to have found this company and been able to spend by career here.”
“I have learned many life lessons during my time with GHDT,” Brown adds. “I have learned how to collaborate and work well within a group, stay calm and collected in a crisis, and how to trust my own instincts. I will continue to teach dance, and I am looking forward to being able to enjoy GHDT shows from the audience for the first time.”
Chloe Holzman has been with the company for six seasons and has appeared in over 70 repertoire pieces. Some of her favorite roles and pieces include Octavius in “Antony and Cleopatra,” a mother in “1941,” “Lagaan,” “Cuchi Cuchi” and “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.”
“I will never forget the first time we performed ‘Exodus,’” Holzman says. “During the Plagues section, when we had been rehearsing there was a fair amount of difficulty in the choreography, plus the music was stressful, so we already had some anxiety when dancing in the Plagues. But then in the modern plague of Desecration of the Earth, on stage there were plastic bottles everywhere, and we couldn’t see the Oppressors’ faces due to the costumes, and
then the wings started being removed. It made for a completely new experience, and really put us in an entirely new world. One of the more unique aspects of GHDT is the type of works we present. I really love being able to tell a story as I dance, and not a lot of companies do that, especially modern dance companies. I will miss being able to play different characters and embodying different stories.”
“One of the biggest things I learned at GHDT was about the culture of India,” Holzman continues. “I had never danced to Indian music before. I am so glad I had the opportunity to learn not only about dance of India, but also about culture and traditions. I have performed in ‘There’s No Place Like Home,’ ‘Kalbeliya,’ ‘Hooray for Tollywood,’ ‘Lagaan’ and many other India-themed pieces. I am so grateful we have such support from the local Indian community.”
Camden Lancaster has danced with GHDT for six seasons and has appeared in over 80 repertoire pieces. She has originated the roles of the Mother of the Chosen in “Exodus,”the Mysterious Woman in “The Wild Wild West,” Iras in “Antony and Cleopatra,” and the Mischievous Djinn in “Angels and Djinn.” Some of her favorite pieces include “Once Upon a Time,” “Exodus,” “Under the Big Top” and “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.”
“Some of my most memorable moments with GHDT are getting to tell stories through dance,” Lancaster says. “‘Exodus’ is one of my favorite performances I have done with GHDT. I will remember the process of it being set on us and how that was. I will always remember how powerful ‘Exodus’ felt dancing. I also really enjoyed
performing in ‘Under the Big Top,’ which was another show in which the costumes, choreography and story were so much fun to perform. I have enjoyed all the choreography, music and performances that I have been able to be a part of over the past six years. GHDT is a special company where you get to perform a variety of pieces that are both powerful and beautiful.”
“I will miss performing on stage in front of an audience,” Lancaster adds. “I love telling stories through dance and feeding off the audience’s energy during the performance. I will miss the rush I get from dancing. Dance will continue to be a part of my life in some form, so it will be a gift that I will always enjoy.”
While Brown, Holzman and Lancaster will be retiring from the concert stage, they will remain involved with GHDT and teaching at The Academy of GHDT. We will miss their powerful and beautiful performances on stage. The GHDT family wishes them all the best as they move on to new journeys in their lives.
