HIGH-END LUXURY THAT’S RIGHT AT HOME THE OTIS AT FORT BEN OFFERS SHOW-STOPPING AMENITIES Writer / Renee Larr Photographer / Daren Short

The Otis at Fort Ben is giving new meaning to high-end, luxury apartments. The newly leased complex offers 16 different floor plans for one-, two- and three-bedroom options and a wide range of amenities set in an idyllic setting in Fort Benjamin Harrison. “Our one-bedroom floor plans start with the 616-square-foot Alpine,” says Gelina Reed, regional manager for Praxm, The Otis’ property management group. “Our

one-bedroom apartments range in square footage from 616 to 1,061. The Eagle is a two-story, one-bedroom option which is unique to this property.” Each apartment home provides high-end finishes to create a luxurious feel. “All of the apartments have modern finishes, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances,” Reed says. “When you walk in, they’re just a showstopper.”

10 / GEIST MAGAZINE / JUNE 2021 / TownePost.com

Complex amenities include an indoor putting green, a coffee bar, a saltwater pool, a dog washing station, bike storage, an outdoor fire pit and a repair station for cars and bikes. The Otis also offers workspace areas for those who work from home. “With the pandemic and so many people working from home, we wanted to offer several areas where our residents could go to work from home,” Reed says. “The complex has a spacious conference room. We also have areas with tables and chairs where

residents can bring their laptops and work. It’s a very peaceful space and a very relaxed environment.”

“When you compare prices, our rates are comparable with a higher quality product,” Reed says.

The saltwater pool offers health benefits not seen in a typical chlorine pool.

Fort Ben offers nature trails in a peaceful but growing community setting.

“Saltwater pools tend to be better for your skin and hair,” Reed says. “You can tell the difference when you’re in the water. We will also have an herb wall out there so our residents can take some of the herbs back to their apartments. Our aqua lounge is an area to the side of the pool where residents can sit and socialize together.”

“ WITH THE PANDEMIC AND SO MANY PEOPLE WORKING FROM HOME, WE WANTED TO OFFER SEVERAL AREAS WHERE OUR RESIDENTS COULD GO TO WORK FROM HOME.” —GELINA REED

Man’s best friend wasn’t forgotten in the building. “The dog washing station is very spacious,” Reed says. “We’ll have treats and toys for the dogs. Also, we’ll have a grooming table with a blower. There will also be a dog park where dogs can play and get exercise.” The apartments offer luxury without the high price tag.

“The Otis at Fort Ben is coming to embrace the already longstanding community,” says Rebecca Collins, Praxm’s director of communications and property management. “The area has tremendous potential for growth. There plenty of green spaces, trails and restaurants in the area.”

The Otis at Fort Ben offers both in-person and virtual tours of the property and the apartments. “We recommend potential residents visit our website to see the beautiful photos, floor plans and a virtual tour,” Reed says. “They can also reach out to set up an appointment to come to visit the property. The Otis at Fort Ben is located at 9310 Otis Ave. in Indianapolis. For more information, call 317-707-9756 or visit theotisfortben.com.

THE SPANISH ADVANTAGE CLUB 9615 East 59th Street Indianapolis, IN 317-656-1757 thespanishadvantageclub.com

E-learning students have also recently joined The Spanish Advantage Club. “[This year] I have become basically a school with pre-K through sixth grade,” Isonhood says. “It’s a lot more work, but I’m happy to help our children and community.” Isonhood has had about 60 students throughout the pandemic, with no more than 10 in each classroom for safety.

For more than 12 years Elizabeth Isonhood worked as a second and sixth-grade teacher, as well as an after-school Spanish immersion tutor for elementary school through high school students who needed extra help with their Spanish language classes. In 2015 she opened The Spanish Advantage Club. Originally it was an after-school Spanish tutoring program but when tutoring inquiries for 3 and 4-year-olds began, she decided it was time to expand and open a dual-language preschool. Recently, they have opened a kindergarten class as well. Her students are taught and spoken to completely in Spanish. “If we’re going to do STEM, or a science lesson for example, we teach the lesson completely in Spanish,” Isonhood says. “It’s truly a bilingual school.” When it comes to enrolling a student in a Spanish-speaking program, Isonhood recommends doing so early in life. “When students learn a second language at an early age, that’s how their brain develops in terms of tying into their

cognitive skills,” says Isonhood, adding that students’ confidence, creativity, memory, concentration and social skills all improve by being exposed to a second language. “There are so many benefits, including developing critical thinking skills, communication skills and listening skills. Plus, they are more curious about learning more things.” Her students also get daily lessons on manners. “Basically, we teach them how to be good people,” Isonhood says. “When we are eating in the cafeteria, you’ll see a 2-year-old waiting for everyone else to be seated before they will begin eating. They’ll also talk in a soft voice and set their fork down when they’re done - all rules of etiquette.” Isonhood also offers a summer camp that has both study and playtime, home-cooked meals and includes a daily field trip. Their 2-acre, on-site outdoor recreation facility has a large playground, tennis court, minisoccer field and basketball courts, mini-golf, and a tricycle and scooter track. 12 / GEIST MAGAZINE / JUNE 2021 / TownePost.com

Classes fill up and a waiting list will start, but in the past Isonhood has always been able to open another class if interest demands it. Still, it never hurts to plan for your child’s future. In fact, she has parents with 1-year-olds who have already reserved their spots. Elizabeth Isonhood and her husband, along with their six children, all work at the family-owned facility. “Our oldest is 21 and our youngest is 10, and even our 10-year-old is in the office with a radio, alerting the teachers when parents have arrived to pick up children,” Isonhood says. Though she now works year-round, she could not be happier. “I love this,” she says. “Yes, it is 10 times the work, but I get to implement my own language curriculum and teach children to be all that they can be. My job is so fulfilling, and I look forward to it every day.” The Spanish Advantage Club is located at 9615 East 59th Street in Indianapolis. BROWSE LOCAL FISHERS FARMERS MARKET RETURNS

to offer this to the community. We feel we can offer it safely for people to interact and shop local.”

Writer / Renee Larr Photographer / Brian Brosmer

Jackie Leeuw, Fishers Farmers Market Manager

The Fishers Farmers Market is back and better than ever. The market is presented by Fishers Parks and hosts local producers, makers and growers every Saturday from May 1 to September 25. It runs from 8 a.m. to noon at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater in downtown Fishers.

“We love that our market is outdoors,” says Sarah Sandquist, director of parks and recreation. “Even if you are vaccinated and outside, we still encourage guests to wear masks and to maintain social distance. We have so much space and we’re excited we’re able

The market hosts around 65 vendors each week, which is 15 more than in previous years. Products include local plants, beverages, baked goods, ready-toeat concessions and dog treats. “One of the wins we had last year coming out of COVID was that we fully expanded the footprint around the entire Nickel Plate Amphitheater space,” Sandquist says. “We realized that that layout works well for us and has allowed us to seek more vendors.” Fishers Parks leaders know that local food is more important now than ever.

JUNE 2021

“Think about when you purchase a tomato from our farmers market,” Sandquist says. “You know the farmer’s name who grew the tomato and the farm it came from, and you know all the details about their growing practices. That tomato is going to be ripe when you buy it, and it’s going to have ripened in the sun, whereas with a tomato from the grocery store, it might have traveled 1,500 miles to get to you.” Additionally, the market leaders focus on going green. “This is an initiative we started a couple of years ago and then paused last year,” Sandquist says. “We do feel strongly that we’d like to be a plastic-free market, so we encourage people to bring their own reusable bags.” Specialty days feature extra vendors that are specific to a theme. “Themed days are an enhancement to our regular market,” Sandquist says. “We have our green fair day featuring businesses that promote sustainability, conservation, environmental protection and health. We have our Fishers Freeboards Day and that typically takes place during national senior citizen week.” Each Saturday, yoga is provided at 8 a.m. on the stage. “The yoga class is free for residents,” Sandquist says. “It’s a partnership with local yoga studios. Those interested can check our web page for the studio schedule.” Kids aren’t left out of the fun or the selling. “This year we’re expanding our Biz Kids Day,” Sandquist says. “We invite youth vendors to participate in the market. We usually have about 40 to 45 vendors. These kids are so creative. Their booths are professional-looking, and there is incredible diversity in their products. We’ve had such a great response from that, so we’re still going to do our big day in July, but each week we’re offering three to five additional kid vendors.” Every week there is a different activity for kids to take advantage of at the market.

JUNE 2021

“Our Farm Hands kids program allows kids to participate in an activity throughout the market, collect stamps at each spot, and then turn the card back in for market bucks,” Sandquist says. “They’re little wooden nickels that work like real money. It’s a great way to encourage kids to try new foods, and also purchase things at the market to take home with them as well.” The market accepts SNAP benefits to provide an equitable experience for all. “A majority of our vendors can accept SNAP benefits,” Sandquist says. “We want to make sure we’re inclusive to all, and this is one way we’re able to do so.” Sandquist notes the Fishers Farmers Market is not able to work without the help of local volunteers. “We have two different opportunities to volunteer,” Sandquist says. “One is to be a singular volunteer, and that would be to come in the morning early and help with setup and teardown, or to be an ambassador at our park tent, or helping to take our attendance counts. Additionally, we have our Market Muscle opportunity, which is such a great way for businesses to help volunteer and have a booth. We’re seeking volunteers for the whole summer.” Local musicians provide live music each week. “We have such a beautiful space there with the renovated stage at the amphitheater,” Sandquist says. “We have local talent booked each week. It’s always a surprise and a delight to see who is playing each week.” The Fishers Farmers Market is located at 6 Municipal Drive. HOME SWEET HOME ALLEN WILLIAMS REALTY GROUP IS HERE FOR YOU

The Allen Williams team, most of whom reside in Fishers and Geist, know the area well and embrace technology to help promote their listings to the public on several different platforms, both in print and online. While most real estate agents have one real estate website, Allen’s team owns 20 — for instance, fishersrealestate.com, fishersluxuryhomes.com, geistluxuryhomes. com, carmelluxuryhomes.com, indyluxuryhomes.com, and zionsvillefinehomes.com — to name a few.

Writer / Christy Heitger-Ewing Photography Provided by Amy Payne & Allen Williams Realty Group

Another lifetime ago, Allen Williams was literally living in a firehouse in upstate New York. In 1993, he moved to Indianapolis to be closer to his sister. He had every intention of joining the Indianapolis Fire Department when his sister, who was in real estate, introduced him to the profession. “I caught the bug and have never looked back,” says Williams, who began as a new home salesperson before getting into the residential real estate market. He now has a team of eight working with him at Allen Williams Realty Group. In July 2020, they joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty. Berkshire Hathaway is one of the top real estate companies not only in Central Indiana, but nationally as well. In fact, more than one in 10 homes sold in Hamilton County are sold with a Berkshire Hathaway agent. “We have been blown away by their marketing, technology, client support and leadership,” Williams says.

“Our team has a large footprint in Central Indiana real estate, and we’ve found that having several targeted websites allows us to reach a multitude of local and relocation buyers,” says Williams, who’s nearly 30 years of experience has allowed him to develop strong relationships in the real estate community that he draws on when connecting clients with their dream homes. “We combine new-age technology with old-school customer service,” he adds. Most of his team has been with Williams for several years, and two have been with him for more than 15. “We support one another and have the same goals, to make sure our clients are taken care of and get amazing service,” Williams says. The team has received numerous awards, most recently, Berkshire Hathaway’s Diamond Award, presented to the top half percent of Berkshire agents in the nation. In addition, Allen’s group has been named as one of the premiere teams in Central Indiana for several years and was recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of the top real estate teams in all of Central Indiana. For nine years, the Indianapolis Monthly Magazine has also honored Allen with the Five-Star Agent Award for Excellence in Customer Service.

JUNE 2021

“The Five-Star Agent Award is determined by client surveys from sales the previous year, so we love this metric,” Williams says. “This is really an award given to us by our clients and it means more to us than any sales achievement.” Though they sell a number of high-end luxury properties, they sell homes at all price points. “We sell first-time homebuyers all the way up to Super Bowl champions,” Williams says. “We help with new construction, existing homes, single-family residences and condos.” And while it’s a hot seller’s market right now, Williams and his team can still help buyers find inventory.

“We have developed a real knack for finding our clients’ inventory that’s not necessarily on the market,” Williams says. “Sometimes that means knocking on doors or using our vast REALTOR® network, both within our company and even outside of it. We use social media regularly and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to ask past clients, ‘Hey, have you thought of selling and taking advantage of this market?’” Williams and his wife Becky have a blended family, sharing five beautiful children: Ross (21), Morgan (19), Nick (18), Brooke (16) and Ava (15). Ross attends Butler University, Morgan goes to Indiana University, Nick will be starting at Indiana University this fall, Brooke will be a high school junior, and Ava will be a sophomore.

DIFFERENT DADS, DIFFERENT GIFTS FATHER’S DAY GIFTING DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A CHALLENGE Writer / Abigail Hake Photography Provided

That’s right, Father’s Day is right around the corner. Are you ready? Men can be so hard to buy for — is there anything he hasn’t gotten for himself already? And it’s hard to find something that will make him feel loved, appreciated, and surprised on his special day. But because those dads and grandpas out there do so much for us, we must try to nail it! So, here’s a few ideas of ways to spoil all those different dudes in your life!

THE GOLF LOVER DAD Whether this is the man who can’t leave the golf course himself, or the one who always has the golf channel on the TV, it’s time to tee up a perfect Father’s Day for him. If you want to spend time playing golf with him, surprise him with a Father’s Day tee time at your favorite golf course or at a place like TopGolf. You might also consider getting him some fun golf socks and/or personalized golf balls.

THE OUTDOORSY DAD This is the dad who loves being outside doing things like camping, fishing, hiking, etc. He probably has just about everything he needs but consider a gift card to his favorite shop like Cabella’s or a new cooler filled with his favorite brew. If gifting isn’t your thing, maybe go on a hike with your dad and spend some quality time doing what he likes. It could be spending an entire day fishing, but whatever it is, just make sure you have an agenda of which he approves.

THE GRILL MASTER DAD This dad loves to be outside by the grill with a beer in his hand and tongs or a spatula in the other. If you want to get him something special, consider personalized grill tools, an apron, and an order of some good steaks. The grill master dad probably has a lot of grill tools already, but ask a few questions: Does he need a new grill? Or maybe some new accessories? Or does he want to try something new? Feel him out a few weeks before Father’s Day and you’ll find something that’ll make him smile. And then enjoy a backyard cookout celebrating him with your family and friends! JUNE 2021

THE ‘HAS IT ALL DAD’ This is the dad who has it all. If he wants something, he buys it. They are the hardest to shop for and they are difficult to surprise. For this dad, you might need coordination amongst family members to keep him from buying things or to know what the latest must-have is that’s on his list. There are three routes to go with this guy. You can try tried and true treats you know he loves that are edible like candy, dinners, etc. You can try to buy something that is completely different but unique like a cool bottle opener, a personalized etched growler, or maybe customized art. Or in the end, these guys always like gift cards for their next impromptu purchase.

THE ‘ALL WORK/NO PLAY DAD’ It might sound silly, but these hard-working dads need some “me” time just like moms do. Check with him first, but he might appreciate a spa day! There’s nothing wrong with a day spent relaxing and enjoying a little bit of pampering on top of it. Or, if he’s not into those things, consider a nice beverage — maybe a top-

notch whiskey and you can even get whiskey glasses and whiskey balls to go with it! It’s another way to relax that he’ll appreciate. Here’s to all the dads out there who help change the diapers, tie the shoes, drive the kids to school, make dinners, play in the backyard, and so much more. There are so many great things you can do with your dad and it’s not always about the gifting. Spending good quality time with them is even more special. Whether it’s fishing all afternoon, having a movie marathon, or spending an afternoon on the porch catching up, your father will love the memories made and the bonding time.

CHANGING THE BARBER GAME Owner Antwain Booker Writer / Seth Johnson Photographer / Michael Durr

For Antwain Booker, there’s a lot more to being a good barber than cutting hair. “Guys come in, and they may have been broken up with,” says Booker, who’s known to many by his nickname, Kuts. “There’s always something that a guy wants to come in and talk to you about, but when they leave the chair they feel like a different person. That’s what I like about cutting hair.” The owner and founder of New Element Barber, Booker cuts hair around the city in his own mobile barbershop. In addition to Booker’s professional barber setup, his stripped-out RV features its own

NEW ELEMENT BARBER PROVIDES AN EXPERIENCE UNLIKE ANY OTHER bathroom and waiting room, providing customers with a unique barbershop experience. Each week Booker stations his mobile barbershop at different locations around central Indiana, including Broad Ripple on Mondays, Fountain Square on Thursdays, Fishers on Fridays, Carmel on Saturdays and Zionsville on Sundays. Having cut hair since the age of 13, Booker realized he wanted to be a barber while attending college at Indiana State University. While there, he was also given the nickname Kuts, which has stuck ever since.

JUNE 2021

“I was at Indiana State, and I used to have flyers called ‘Kuts by Twain,’” Booker says. “I was at football practice one day, and they said, ‘We’re just going to start calling you Kuts. You cut everybody’s hair on campus.’ ” When Booker moved to Indianapolis, he first started cutting hair professionally in 2002 at Craig’s Creations at 49th Street and College Avenue.

“That’s always been my area,” Booker says of the Broad Ripple neighborhood. After working at several other barbershops around the area, however, he eventually decided it was time to start his own business. “A good friend told me, ‘Go home. Save your money up. You have good clientele. You’ll do fine,’” Booker says. With this notion in mind, Booker started New Era Barber out of his home in 2010 before eventually deciding to build his own mobile barbershop in 2015. Inspired by his father’s purchase of a drilling rig, Booker wanted New Element Barber to be something that would help his family prosper well into the future. “I started this for my family because I saw what my father was doing at a later age, and I wanted to get ahead of him so I could have a generational business going for the family,” Booker says.

and New Element Barber are back in full swing, thanks to help from his marketing team at Advanced XP.

“New Element Barber is doing well,” Booker says. “I’m excited about where I’ll be heading this summer. I feel rejuvenated Since going mobile, Booker has experienced because my grandson Kingston is here. his fair share of hardships - most notably the Seeing him is motivating me to go a little bit death of his son Antwain Booker Jr., who is harder.” survived by his newborn son Kingston. Booker is truly trying to change the game “We lost my son December 11, and it when it comes to his mobile barbershop crushed my soul,” Booker says. business model. After taking some time off to grieve, Kuts

something different to the city, and also blaze a new lane where a stylist can make more money,” he says. “My end goal is to get trucks to the house instead of being in one location. I’m doing this right now because I’m coming out as my company and letting my name get around the surrounding areas in the city. Then I’m going to branch out and get smaller trucks, and we’re going to start coming to the houses.” To make an appointment with New Element Barber, visit NewElementBarber.com or call 317-665-7844. DOG DEVOTION

LOCAL HOSPITAL PARTNERS WITH NONPROFIT CANINE ORGANIZATION Writer / Renee Larr Photography Provided

American writer Thom Jones once said that dogs have a way of finding the people who need them. Dogs are utilized in many ways to assist police departments, provide joy to hospitalized patients, and assist the blind. Donatello, a 3-year-old Labrador-golden retriever mix, assists patients at Community Rehabilitation Hospital North (CRHN). “Our hospital is a specialized level of care that is short intensive rehab for adults, following injuries such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spinal cord injuries and other traumas,” says Annette Seabrook, CEO. Patients must undergo at least three hours of therapy five days per week while staying at the facility. This includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. That’s where Donatello comes in.

“We applied for a dog from Canine Companions for Independence [CCI],” Seabrook says. “It’s a nonprofit organization that raises and trains service companions and facility dogs for people with disabilities, or for hospitals like us.”

“They become a part of your family, no question,” Norris says. “Another puppy raiser told me a little piece of your heart goes with them when they leave. The parting is a little easier knowing they’re going on to something mightier.”

The program could not function without the support of volunteer puppy raisers.

In September of 2020, Seabrook was matched with Donatello. She traveled to CCI’s training facility in Columbus, Ohio. Donatello now lives and works with Seabrook.

“I got involved with CCI about 10 years ago,” says Dave Norris, who raises dogs for the organization. “Keebler, our current puppy, is our 10th. We get them at about eight weeks of age and keep them until they’re 17 or 19 months of age. We work with them on basic commands, obedience and socialization. We try to put them in as many new experiences as possible because we never want an experience to be new. We want them to be ready for anything.” Raising puppies from such a young age and turning them over to CCI can be emotional. 36 / GEIST MAGAZINE / JUNE 2021 / TownePost.com

“I wanted a high-energy dog for our facility,” Seabrook says. “You get to meet several different dogs to see which one you best connect with for your needs. It’s just amazing to see how different their personalities are. Each morning, we put his vest on and he goes to work. Donatello does a variety of things, but this varies due to patient need. For example, I have a patient that needs to work on their fine motor control of their hand. Instead of picking

Seabrook says. “We work with them by having them give Donatello commands. They also tend to focus on one side of their body over the other. We’ll position him so they have to cross their midline and reach over to the opposite side.” But what happens when Donatello takes off his vest and goes home from work? “When you go home, you want to reinforce all the commands he uses,” Seabrook says. “For example, he’s still not allowed to jump up on the furniture - but I’ll be honest, when he takes the vest off, he’s just like any other dog. He runs around the yard and grabs sticks, but when he puts the vest back on, he sort of starts to chill.” CCI specifically uses Labradors and golden

“There are days where a patient might just be having a bad day,” Seabrook says. “We “Both of those breeds are very gentle, even have some who miss their pets at people-oriented, quick learners and eager to home. CULTURE & CREATIVITY FORT BEN CULTURAL CAMPUS CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING Writer / Christy Heitger-Ewing Photographer / Brian Brosmer

In 2018, the Lilly Endowment published a grant opportunity called “Strengthening Indianapolis Through Arts and Cultural Innovation.” Arts for Lawrence applied, and in 2019 the Fort Ben Cultural Campus, a public park and partnership between the City of Lawrence and Arts for Lawrence, received a $5.85 million grant from the Lilly

One side is gold, the other side green, and they flip up and down in a pattern, creating a wave calculated by the amount of green energy being produced in central Indiana. If someone walks in front of the sculpture, it acts as a mirror and the disks flip up and down.

“If you stand in front of it and wave your hand, you can see your hand wave back through the flip disks,” Byron says. Phase Three involved creating the Visual Arts Center. Arts for Lawrence was gifted an historic Fort Harrison building by the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority. The organization actually picked it up and moved it to the campus to transform it into the Visual Arts Center, which has been renovated to include a gallery, ceramic studio, studio for resident artists, and space for hosting small workshops. They made all restrooms and exits ADA compliant, and upgraded restrooms to include touchless features and enhanced air-filtration systems. Phase Four is the Plaza, which includes an amphitheater for outdoor concerts and festivals, lighted walkways, gardens and public seating. The main attraction of the Plaza is the world’s first permanent set of musical swings, which Byron calls “an experiment in community collaboration.” Daily tous les jours, an art and design studio from Montreal, Canada, brought visitors to the area for a four-week trial period in May of 2019. During that month, more than 20,000

I feel like that’s so important,” Byron says. While Arts for Lawrence has been actively pursuing arts programming for 12 years, the campus is a major asset to the arts community. “This was kind of an arts desert,” Byron says. “As we offered little bits and pieces to the community, they’ve eaten it up and it blossomed into this substantial product, the Fort Ben Cultural Campus.”

visitors representing 60 central Indiana zip codes used the swings, and loved them so much that they requested the swings return permanently. Comfortable for all ages, the four colors of swings each represent a different instrument - piano, vibraphone, harp and guitar.

On June 18 Arts for Lawrence, in partnership with the City of Lawrence, is hosting a grand opening for the Fort Ben Cultural Campus. It will be a weekend-long celebration that includes music, dance, storytelling, art, activities and a community art project.

“When you swing, you can hear the musical instrument that your swing represents,” Byron says. “If you swing in unison with your neighbor, it will trigger an arpeggio.”

Byron describes Lawrence as a vibrant town with a mixture of old and new features.

Although right now most programming will be outdoors, leaders are activating the indoor spaces with limited time and capacity in order to ensure everyone’s safety. The indoor theater is set to open in September. There are, however, activities planned for the outdoor amphitheater. Organizers are bringing back Fridays at the Fort, a free concert series. In partnership with Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra musicians and other classical music talent, they are also introducing a new classical music concert series on Sundays. Byron is eager to welcome patrons again. “Whether their faces are covered by a mask or not,” Byron says. “I miss everyone and I’m really excited that we now have this great outdoor space where we can enjoy art together.”
