Tom Dmochowski President, North America Tom is a dynamic and strategic change agent with experience in strategy consulting, business development and general management, leading large sales initiatives to enterprise clients and managing project delivery and operations. As a former Organizational and Change Strategy Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tom is an expert in corporate transformation and organizational change, globalization, corporate strategy, business process improvement and large-scale program management. Prior to joining Quint Group in 2015, Tom was Senior Accounts General Manager with CSC and has enjoyed a long career in IT and business strategy consulting with other marquee firms such as IBM, CALIBRE Systems, EDS. Prior to his career in consulting Tom was with Digital Equipment Corporation and served as their Regional Vice President for the midAtlantic managing a business with revenues excess of $ 1.0 B. Implement best practice sales processes including predictable sales modeling, accurate forecasting, etc., to ensure targeted revenue and profitability goals are met and exceeded while instilling a winning “business capture” mindset;
Develop a thorough grasp of the value proposition and USPs of Quint Group, coupled with the issues that companies face with their IT implementations specifically relative to Lean IT, Dev-Ops, Agile, and Digital Transformation;
Leverage a disciplined approach to new business development activities and create compelling pursuit strategies in support of aggressive growth plans;
In close collaboration with US Marketing and Lead Generation (Inside Sales) teams, refine marketing message and focus offerings to directly address the largest market opportunities while developing and nurturing opportunity funnel;
Lead outside sales calls to meet key customers and prospects in the field, making presentations to potential and existing clients and cultivating long-term strategic relationships within target companies;
