PROJECT REPLY The proposal responds to the needs of the environment with a SEQUENCE OF PARTS deck are diversified in a gradient SPORT_CULTURAL. In the same way these spaces are a NEW Town and develop a strong Traversal by arranging a sequence of boxes. The program divides into 5 decks q independent in space activities more public face of the ride by creating the possibility of opening it. Meanwhile connect at the half-buried to keep within the GRADIENT PROGRAM, tensions between the activities that can create new activities in the courtyards to pool the different areas by working with the ground.

CONSTRUCTIVE RESPONSE The wooden box serves as a MECHANISM TECTONIC activities filtered through the deployment of metal racks and wooden slats. These substructures are driven by SYSTEMS OF JOINTS accompanied by slides and hydraulic systems to enhance their mobility. The ground layer contains the program shaping and digging space for SUBSURFACE STEREOTOMY by working with concrete. Envelope also provides for containment of the possibility of activating different levels with activities.

THALASSOTHERAPY CENTER CONTEST: Drawing & Design
CONTEST Thalassotherapy Center for Santander Within a landscape so fortunate a position of respect we do not compete with the horizon piling the pieces of programs against the slope, creating a breakwater in the promenade. These pieces in turn provide solutions to the significant changes in elevation at the city of Santander, despite the virtual proximity of the sea, the coast away by the lack of paths.

WIND BELLS CONTEST: Drawing & Design
The proposal required a new game with ceramics in an inhospitable environment from the beginning enabled us to consider an envelope that just draw a new part of the landscape to the inhabitant.ยบ The ceramic pieces are gravitating to support the work of the ceramic in compression and thus the size and shape give greater freedom. Envelope design as a journey through a Calder's kinetic sculpture that draw a fuzzy boundary and get a sound response to a stimulus invisible.
HOUSING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE CONTEST: Drawing & Design

Client: Cordoba Cityhall Date: May 2011 Project: (v4jp) Housing for Young People Location: Miraflores Neighbourhood, Cordoba, Spain
The project takes its shape from its empty spaces in extensions of existing routes in the city courts. A circulation system and more intimate alternative that hides the secrets of the people of Cordoba. The voids are formed in different ways depending on the equipment while the mass of the building is determined as a dwelling. Entr3patios is focused on a tour of the yards in 3D so that the equipment of the building become public, and invites you to enter it. Enable use of the building, as part of the project is integrated into an area that is defined as young and creative center of the city. The outer skin becomes almost continuous lattice of moving parts and fixed in terms of holes and furniture that is integrated into the distribution of each guest room, as needed.
Master’s Thesis: LIGHT FACADES: Energy Strategy & Lightweight Ventilated Facade
Extract With these two fronts my objective is to rise: a) Advantages of the ventilated facade b) Its passive energy systems implemented c) and study of new materials that provide raised their performance qualities and not just aesthetic To gain a better understanding of the system enclosure constructive light as a possible solution to the current needs of sustainability in the building.
Tomas a. Pineda PĂŠrez The approach I want to give the final master work has to be oriented to solve two fronts that are very interesting:
1. Energy Strategy 2. Lightweight Ventilated Facade Both concepts aimed at understanding the facade from a point of view more flexible, interactive and consistent with current needs.
Cost / benefit ratio Skin layers
Energy strategy:
Ventilated and light Façade
The current trend of building leads us to focus the work of the enclosures to a new concept of facades, more permeable but with greater efficiency and less energy loss.
The front light still works as a skin composed of several layers of different materials. the outer layer works as a waterproof but breathable first to allow the building to breathe, and is not sealed in order to equalize inside outdoor bed,
Mejorar balance energÊtico 1. Minimize losses a) • Lower cost of living material b) • Increase the utility with intelligent materials c) • Strategy "Cradle to Cradle" d) • Dry Mounting Systems
a) • Reduce energy transfer b) • Lower the thickness / weight of the enclosure c) • permeable enclosure Strategy Raising these new strategies, improve the energy balance favors theoperation of the building and make it a more cost-effective mechanism in the medium and long term and sustainable.
1. Supporting structure and strong a) • Support of facade elements b) • Transmission of horizontal loads 2. Isolation a) • Continuity of insulation b) • Effective material c) • Chamber of equalized 3. Envelope d) • Waterproofing e) • Continuity enclosure f) • Composition free of holes and solution landings.
Extract With these two fronts my goal is to rise: a) The advantages of the ventilated facade b) its passive energy systems implemented c) and study of new materials that provide raised their performance qualities and not just aesthetic. To gain a better understanding of the system enclosure constructive light as a possible solution to the current needs of sustainability in the building. FINAL PROJECT: PreDesign Modeling
LOCATION stimulus The building looks in its RELATION TO URBAN SPACE offer a new are at FOUR WAYS where you really can not say GO and wander as a severe rearrangement of the block that occupies the underground garages. The first intuition about the project become from the site occupied, trying to keep the same feeling, so that a hidden entity, opens to be known. Its original use as underground garages and workshop gave him a clear roof area is formed by the uses that provide services to it, tools storage space, coverage and gaps, and, in the same way, one can define the proposed sports equipment. Through this 3D rendering I try to visualize the spaces created so that the viewer feels like new project brings to light an area that is sensed but not be seen although it has always been there.

ADVANCED COMPUTING GEOMETRY:
This academic work required of a scan geometry so that it could respond to a use of high-capacity equipment and thus be repeatable and practice. Through the analysis of parametric geometry and exploring the options of the figures, a unit development based on structurally Klein surface, thanks to its double curvature ensures stiffness at each point of the surface, and resolves the repetition, very simple and effective, thanks to the flatness tangential edges and self-supporting feature of the piece. The analysis of the curvature and line of maximum slope gives an idea of where to concentrate the greatest number of strains of each piece and triangulation to determine the metal beams subsequently translated.

PROJECTS 7: Sentinel Project: toxicity alarm locator
This is an academic project in which we were asked an analysis of a problem in our city and a possible answer. Air quality is a big problem for Madrid due to the concentration of gases derived mostly from vehicles. I developed a protocol associated with thenetwork of detectors of the city, which wouldalarm, locating the point of contamination. Fromhere, the extracting agent, which he calledSentinels, would be activated to reduce the amount of pollution in that area, similar to a leafbreathe through their stromata. After removing the excess of toxic gases, there would be in recycling ships to plantations higheremissions of CO2 absorption

PROJECTS 8: Student’s Hall for the KTH
The project of the hall for the KTH (Kungliga Tekniska hĂśgskolan) is conceived as a meeting place and for all administration and campus access. The materiality translucent polycarbonate skin by giving a major permeability content of the building and transmits so part of that information. Although material innovation, takes the same form of architecture surrounding faceted, as part of the redevelopment of the site and pedestrian access from the access road. This is possible thanks to the steel superstructure, which the outer skin becomes independent of the content, so that we can place in space independently useful spaces..
PROJECTS 9: Student’s Residence for the Freie Universität
The Freie Universität project came largelyconditioned by the new concept of educationthat arises here. Although we had to adhere to a residential program for students, we were asked to be more creative in the coexistence betweendeveloped. Hence the site be defined as a passageway and through these gradients, the influence of the building lead to the entire campus and create aliving area bigger than the building itself. The set consists of different layers to be increasingprivacy as you ascend, leaving the public morein the lower floors with facilities that serve asattractors and meeting points.

From there, I raise living units interchangeableas a prototype defined in the same block, which can be deployed and combined in differentways to generate different types of room. The definition of the room for a single piece of furniture makes the building come alive, renewable and reusable throughout his life, sothat the sum of the units are also creating opportunities and building permits redistributionin the future.
