This is an homage to the skateboarding trip, the tricks, the smiles, and everything inbetween. Life can control everything around us, until you pick up and leave on a weekend up north, with nothing in mind but to skateboard and set up camp. This book is a book of memories. It is a visual of adventure. Every other day we might be something else, but today we’re skaters. TWS was shot over the course of a weekend, with 4 rolls of film. Shooting skateboard photography used to be my blood and backbone, it was all I wanted to do. I made the choice to shut it down as I explored other life goals. Finding the words “I used to skate“ in my vocabulary is not something I had in mind. I never have the time to skate anymore, consistant work and savings have deffered me from doing so. Maybe one day there will be a happy medium.
