- Serve as Project Manager for the rm’s fth hotel while fostering the relationship with a new client;
- Produce multiple massing and calculation packages for client’s use in internal nance committee meetings;
- Manage CA for the rm’s largest and most complex project: a three-building project consisting of a hotel and two apartment buildings connected to each other via four bridges and to three existing buildings by four at- or belowgrade connections;
- Worked on the hotel component of the project mentioned above from conceptual massing to construction administration, began to take on more responsibility as a Junior Project Manager;
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and owners on behalf of the rm;
- Participate in weekly Project Manager meetings to discuss sta ng, rm standards, project experience, lessons learned, and institutional knowledge;
- Attend local lectures, seminars, and trainings while relaying relevant information to the rest of the rm at internal lunch-and-learns;
- Asked to manage a mixed-use condominium project after one year at the rm;
- Represented the rm at three career fairs, corresponded with candidates, scheduled and attended interviews, and provided feedback to principals about which candidates should receive o ers of employment;
- Co-planned the rm’s ten-year retreat, a three-day event that required organizing lodging, breakfasts and lunches, two dinners, two happy hours, and two bonding activities with a combined budget of approximately ten thousand dollars; successfully planned multiple rm year-end celebrations each with a budget over ve thousand dollars;
- Established the rm’s ARE study material library;
- Selected as one of ve employees to participate in rm visioning and planning sessions with a business development strategist.
