TRAVEL THE WORLD AND THE SEVEN SEAS
TRAVELLERS FROM ALL CARDINAL POINTS HEARD THE MOUNTAINS CALLING AND HEADED TO THE PROMISED LAND: TOMORROWLAND WINTER. HOW TO PREPARE FOR SUCH A LONG-AWAITED JOURNEY, WHAT TO PACK FOR ALPINE ADVENTURES? FROM DIFFERENT CONTINENTS, THESE PEOPLE OF TOMORROW EMBARKED ON THEIR JOURNEY TO REUNITE ON THE SNOW SIDE.
Name: William Age: 32 Country: France
Are you new to Tomorrowland?
"Definitely not! I visited Tomorrowland three times and I attended two digital festivals. I also have been to Tomorrowland Winter once before."
What is the craziest item you packed?
"I'm sure that to some this wouldn’t be crazy, but for me it is. I just bought a faux fur jacket! Of course, I'll wear it to party in the snow."
Who are you travelling with this time?
"My girlfriend and I are on our way to Tomorrowland Winter together. This will be her first time ever visiting Tomorrowland. She is so excited!"
Suitcase or duffle bag?
"Why would I choose? I have too much stuff to bring to Tomorrowland, so I will bring and fully stuff both."
What is your tip to other firsttimers?
"Try to see as many stages as you can. You will certainly discover new artists and meet new friends."
What item do you always pack first?
"The first thing to pack is of course my Tomorrowland ticket. A close second is the biggest puffer jacket I have!"
How much does your luggage weigh?
"Way too much! Bringing winter stuff with you is so heavy, especially if you get chilly easily, like me."
Will you bring your own ski/ boarding gear?
"As we’re travelling to Alpe d’Huez by car, we can bring a lot more than if we were to travel by plane or train. So we’re definitely bringing our own ski gear and a lot of different outfits."
Name: Jonathan Age: 25 Country: Belgium
Are you new to Tomorrowland?
"I was lucky enough to visit a lot of Tomorrowland events, actually. From 2014 until now, I visited every edition. This is also my second time at Tomorrowland Winter."
Who are you travelling with this time?
"Our party crew for Tomorrowland Winter is pretty huge! Their names are Miguel, Jean Carlo, Franky, Quinten, Ben V, Michelle, Stephanie, Ludovic, Ben R, Jean-Marc and Isabelle."
What is the craziest item you packed?
"We have special outfits for one of our favourite spots: the Moose Bar. The whole group will dress up in Tiroler style."
What is your tip to first-timers?
"My tip would be to make sure you make lots of new friends. Unity is the key!"
What item do you always pack first?
"That is an easy question: my Official Tomorrowland flag of course!"
Suitcase or duffle bag?
"I’ll try to pack everything into a really big suitcase."
How much does your luggage weigh?
"My suitcase is probably at least 25 kilograms. I am so glad we are travelling by car."
Will you bring your own ski/ boarding gear?
"I brought my own ski gear. I can't wait to get back on the slopes in Alpe d’Huez again."
