CHECK-IN / -OUT & LUGGAGE When can I get the keys of my apartment? You can find the check-in hours on the lodging voucher. Please inform the lodging if you plan to arrive after 19h00. The phone number is indicated on your voucher. Can I leave my luggage at the check-in? Those with a bus or flight package are able to use the provided luggage depots at the check-in of their accommodation. People who arrive by own transport, can leave their luggage in the car until check-in. If your lodging doesn’t have a luggage depot, use the luggage depot at the Visitor Experience Center.
