Adding a Basic (IMAP) account in eM Client: 1. Open eM Client…
2. Click the "Tools" tab, then click "Accounts"…
3. Click the "Mail" banner, then click "Next"…
4. Click "Other", then click "Next"…
5. Type in your email address, then click "Next"…
6. Select "IMAP, fill in the Incoming Server field as shown, enter your email address and password, then click "Next"‌
7. Fill in the Outgoing Server field as shown, check the checkbox, then click "Next"‌
8. Click the checkbox, then click "Next"…
9. Enter your full email address in both fields, then click "Next"…
10. Click "Finish"…
11.Click the "Tools" tab, then click "Accounts"…
12.Click the "SMTP" tab…
13.On the SMTP tab fill in all of the fields and checkboxes as shown but use your email address and password, then click the "IMAP" tab‌
14.On the IMAP tab fill in all of the fields and checkboxes as shown but use your email address and password, then click the "Diagnostics" tab‌
15. Select both checkboxes, then click the "Diagnose" button. Once both SMTP and IMAP show "OK" as their status click "OK". If diagnosis fails review previous steps for typos‌
