iPhone Setup -IMAP You MUST delete your old account prior to adding your account on the new Exchange server. Use the following instructions to setup your iPhone to the new Exchange server: On your iPhone click the "Settings" app…

Click “Other”…

Click “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”…

Click “Add Mail Account”…

Click "Add Account"… Fill in your first and last “Name”, “Email” address and “Password”, then click “Next”…


The Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers are both: mail.elshosted.com Email and User Name are both your email address (required). Type in your password (required), then click "Next"…

Click "Save"…

Click on your new account…

Click on "Account”…

Wait for blue checkmarks to appear…

Click on “SMTP” (at the bottom)…


Click on the Primary Server (Mail.elshosted.com)

Click “Advanced” (at the bottom)…

Verify that "Use SSL" is on (green) and that "Authentication" is set to "Password", and that the "Server Port" is set to 587, then click "Done"…

Scroll to the bottom and verify under "Incoming Settings" that "Use SSL" is on (green), “Authentication" is set to "Password", that the "Server Port" is set to 993, and that "S/MIME" is off (grey)…

Then click "Account"…

Click on “Account” (top left),

Click "Done"…


Click "Mail…"…

Your new account will now show up in your Accounts list…

Exit “Settings” and open the "Mail" app and your email will start arriving on your iPhone…
