Tõnis Arro

Tõnis Arro is the CEO of Estonian Development Fund from 2nd of April 2012 Tõnis has founded and managed many companies and organizations including HR Consultancy Fontes, conference company Baltic Management Conferences and publishing company Hermes. Tõnis has studied psychology in University of Tartu, psychotherapy in University of Helsinki and senior executive program in London Business School. He has been mainly active in consulting in the fields of international executive search, management and entrepreneurship development, executive coaching and public affairs.
