Diffusing social issues by designing a Creative Hub catering to the diverse community

• Researched social issues relating to the community and carried out a site visit

• Designed four buliding structures including the underground arena addressing the needs of residents

• Showcased design at the Degree Show

THE RSA COMPETITON PROJECT - THE COMPOST BUILDING - DECEMBER 2018

Decreasing environmental issues involving soil pollution by creating a Compost Building

• Researched environemtal issues relating to the site

• Reserched into precedents which help me my thought process when designing

• Designed four floors which are split into having organic farming area and the compost area, also having the different floors in different rotated views to provide sunlight for each floor.

THE TEA PROJECT - OFFICE/HOTEL BUILDING - JUNE 2018

Reducing residental and commerical issues by creating a dual use design involving a Office and Hotel

• Researched residental and commerical issues relating to the site

• Reserched into precedents which help me my thought process when designing

• Designed six floors which are split into having offices and hotel spaces, also having a sustabile strategy by harvesting water to generate electricty.

MADRID PROJECT - THE KID’S RESORT - MARCH 2017

• Researched urban issues in relation to the site

• Reserched into precedents which help me my thought process when designing

• Designed a kid’s resort inducing a kids shopping store, an indoor playground that revamps the old run down playground already based within Plaza de la Remonta.
