Obtaining Visa Requirements Is a visa required? After signing in you will be presented with the page shown on the right. 1. 2. 3. 4.
Select the Nationality of the traveller Select the country of Destination Select the Purpose of travel (business, tourist...) Click Submit
The system will inform you of whether or not a visa is required.
Visa types The country to be visited may offer several visa options regarding length of stay and number of entries. Please select the applicable choices. Select the type of visa you require and click on the Submit button.
Visa Information & Requirements The CIBT visa database will advise if a visa is required If you do require a visa you will be advised of the specific requirements. Requirements are often unique to the nationality of the traveller, destination and purpose of trip. You must submit the required documents. Failure to do so will result in the application being rejected on arrival at the CIBT office. The screen below allows you the option of either scrolling over the icons to view requirements at a glance or opening a detailed pdf document. The pdf document includes templates of any necessary application forms and letters as well as helpful hints. The pdf document can be sent via email to allow you or the traveller to view the requirements when convenient. You must place your order online. To start simply click Start Order.
Placing an Order Traveller Information To ensure your visa is processed in time you must enter the date you need your passport returned. You must enter your entry and exit dates for the country to be visited. This allows us to verify the dates issued on the visa to the dates required.
All fields for the traveller’s details are Mandatory. This ensures that our consultants will have all the necessary information to process your visa.
The contact information automatically populates with the information you provided at registration. You can edit this information on the site should you prefer to list a different contact. If you wish for us to contact the traveller directly this option can also be selected.
Once you have entered all the required information please click Next
Placing an Order Delivery Options
CIBT offers a range of delivery options to suit your needs and ensure you receive the passport back on the required date. Specify your preference using the drop down menu provided.

Placing an Order Services, Fees and Payments
If an embassy offer more than one processing time (i.e. an express service) the options will be listed with the respective cost. Select the option that best meets your needs.
Payment is made via invoice from Travel Pro American Express.
An invoice is issued when the order has been Completed and we have confirmed the visa has Been issued correctly. The invoice will be done Travel Pro Amercian Express, so all requests will be introduced in the reporting as well.
The “Additional Information� box allows you to Provide us with instructions or information pertinent to your request that has not been covered elsewhere. After entering the required information please click Next
Placing an Order Review and Submit
The online system allows you to review the information provided and make amendments. Click the Edit button next to the relevant section if changes need to be made
After confirming all details are accurate please finalize your order by clicking the Submit
Order confirmation The order confirmation screen contains detailed information concerning your booking as well as details on how and where to send the documentation. The information contained on this screen will be automatically e-mailed to you.
Please pay particular attention to the unique 7 digit order reference shown on this page. It will allow the user to track the status of the order 24/7. Quote this in all subsequent correspondence.
From this screen you can access the requirements via PDF or email them to the traveller.
You are now ready to send your documents to CIBT.

Status Dictionary Documents Pending The order has been created and we are awaiting the required documentation to be delivered CIBT Rejection / Documents in Holding Further documentation is required from the applicant in order to lodge the application. We are holding the current documentation until this is received Intention to Lodge The required documentation has been received, is correct and the application will be taken to the Embassy on the stated date Anticipated Collection Date Expected collection date per the Embassy (not guaranteed) Embassy Rejection / Documents in Holding Application has been rejected by the Embassy. We require further documentation to re-lodge the application and are holding the current documentation until this is received Actual Lodge Date The Embassy has retained the application for further checks and has not issued a collection date To Be Despatched The visa has been issued by the Embassy and checked by us and the passport is awaiting despatch Completed The passport has been despatched and the invoice has been issued (this will be sent directly to the traveller’s e-mail address).
Editing an Existing Order If you need to edit order details whilst the application is in process please sign on and click Check Status
Enter your unique 7 digit Reference number and the order will appear as below.
Click the order reference number shown in red
You will be presented with a details status update for your booking and can amend the delivery address by clicking on Update Despatch Information
