C.A.S Shop (Costa Aminal Society)

The C.A.S charity shop has restocked with all the clothing you’ll need for the summer. Also, we have a nice selection of contemporary books in stock, best-sellers in all genres. If you’re as old as me and still want to hold a book in your hand, smell the paper, turn a page not scroll through an e-book screen. So, come and pop in, you’re sure to find something that will delight, almost all of them are €1 each or three for €2. The shop’s large inventory is clean and well-presented, updated daily, with a friendly staff of volunteers on hand to help. Donations are always welcome - please help us to restock our shelves. Of course all shop proceeds go directly towards helping our animal friends in need, primarily for vet bills, food and kennelling costs. Part of the money raised, paid for (among other things) the spaying and neutering of 11 female and 5 male cats in June. This all helps to keep the population down on the streets. In the photograph is Carol, the shop manager, and two friends that help support our work here in Nerja.

from 10.00am until 2.00pm. The shop is located next door to the Good Stuff Café at No. 2 Calle Castilla Perez. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday

C.A.S is always eager to hear from people who are interested in becoming shop volunteers. One four-hour shift once a week makes a big difference. There are always two volunteers per shift making for a safe, relaxed, congenial environment. For more information please stop by the shop or feel free to call our shop manager Carol on 621 214 296 or email: costaanimalsociety@gmail.com or through our Facebook page
