5:30pm to 6:30pm GPS T&F Team Dinner (Blazer Dress) Jacaranda Room, TGS Pavilion
Boys are invited to attend the GPS T&F Team Dinner on Wednesday evening, 16 October. Please confirm your attendance via the below Online Form by 2:30pm Monday, 14 October: GPS T&F Team Dinner Online RSVP
FRIDAY, 18 OCTOBER 2024
Dress:
All team members must arrive at School in their Golds, including TGS sports socks and joggers, and bring with them the following:
• Athletics singlet available from the Uniform Shop (if you do not have one of these, please let us know).
• Water bottle and TGS hat or cap.
• Boys are not permitted to wear thongs, crocs, slides, deck shoes etc. Joggers only.
Schedule:
5:15am Arrive Herries Street (in front of Junior School)
5:30am Bus departs Herries Street
7:15am Arrive QSAC Queensland Sport & Athletics Centre
8:00am First Event
12:12pm Last Event
12:30pm Presentations
12:45pm Depart QSAC
2:30pm Bus returns to TGS (approx. time) Herries Street
Meals:
• Boarders food will be provided, however, dayboys are required to bring their own food for the duration of the day.
• The canteen at QSAC will be open.
Presentations: Track & Field Captain to wear blazer for presentations.
Parents/Guardians:
• Spectators are welcome at QSAC. All spectators must sit in the Western Grandstand in the TGS allocated area. Please refer to the attached seating plan.
• If you’re unable to attend, live results will be available for both the Senior and Junior Championships, with the Senior Championships being livestreamed as well:
