Her foreign birth became a matter of controversy in 2004 while she was at the door step to be elected as prime minister. Former RTI activist and worked in the Indian Revenue Service as a Joint Commissioner of the Income Tax Department in New Delhi. His decision to ban alcohol in Bihar is praise worthy.
