How did you start your modelling career?

At the age of 16, I won one of the prestigious award in modelling industry and was immediately signed up to appear in the biggest Fashion Catwalk called “Wild Orchid” which is an equivalent to Victoria Secrets.

As a mother of four, what are some values you passed on to your children?

I explain to them that they are extremely privileged because they are growing up in a world that is finally starting to see equality. I encourage them everyday to be whoever they want to be. I also tell my children that being kind not only to the planet but to each other. No doubt, if you are kind they will go far.

What does femininity mean to you?

I truly believe feminity is an attitude, like self confidence. It is all about how you carry yourself. And as a woman, I feel most powerful when I’m being true to myself and trying to be individual in my style, without comprising who I am.

How would you describe your personal style?

I embraces womanhood, try to embody beauty and at the same time grace. It is more of my inner self confidence as it is what clothes I wear. It is combining old school sophisticated Hollywood glamour with a touch of Alexander McQueen style.

In your opinion, what is the sexiest thing about a person?

It is something that comes from the inside out, and I would say every woman can be very sexy in her own way. However, those women who holds an unshakable faith and understated confidence is something I truly have great respect.

How do you define success?

Success isn’t about what we have accomplished in our lives, it is about what we inspire to do. To connect with people and being positive.

You have dressed some incredible women, Who would you like to dress next?

It would have to be Nicole Kidman, she’s known for her flawless fashion sense of style. She is Elegant demure and she has this Grace Kelly aura.

What has the journey been like for you as a fashion and jewellery designer?

I love modelling but I wanted to evolve now that I have my family and as a kid I always knew I wanted to be in the artistic creative world. Having worn some of the most beautiful designed outfits, along with some extraordinary jewelries along with my travelling experiences, I knew I wanted to expand my fashion designing to Jewellery designer.

What makes a female designer relate better to jewellery lovers?

As a Woman, I can relate more to my clientele. When I design bespoke Jewellery, I a m inspired mixing Old classic Princess Grace style and Modern Women of today. Being sophisticated, understated elegance, independent women who want to wear jewellery effortlessly.

What kind of woman do you design for in your mind?

She is romantic, exquisitely lavish, elaborated sexy yet understated and extremely feminine.

What has been your greatest achievement to date, in your eyes?

Having 4 Kids and raising them, educating them preparing them to the life out there. And as a designer both Fashion and Jewellery, having my work enter the real world and be worn by few incredible women is the greatest achievement because it is not just designing I am actually going beyond and going into a person’s heart.

Who are the women who have inspired you the most in your career?

I have many and they are completely different from one to another! Strong and empowering women like Nicole Kidman, Sharon Stone, and Sigourney Weaver with an unapologetic attitudes. You see they have what it takes, their willingness to break the rules but also their humanity, their huge hearts and generosity.

What advice would you give to young designers and entrepreneurs?

To believe in yourself and believe in your ideas. It is not going to be easy, there will be challenges along the way, some bumps along the road but if you have the vision and try to stick with your values. Success will definitely come.

Who/what are some style inspirations you look up to?

Christian Dior The classic Elegance and refinement of sculptural beauty and classic silhouettes that have marked the fashion industry. Timeless Elegance combined with modern feminine touches. The other one is quite the opposite “Alexander McQueen” he has an exquisite tailoring and technical feats never outshone from bustiers, minidress, jumpsuits to leather dresses, simply a commanding attitude.

How do you want your clothes to make women feel?

I want my clothes to make women feel confident, exquisitely Elegant, Glamour and Romance. “Women Empowerment” What values do you live by?

I tr y my best to be a good human being and project the right behaviour to the society especially to my kids. However, I value kindness, integrity, authenticity, generosity, creativity and freedom to be yourself.

How do you work to empower other women?

Working in the industry to wearing garments or jewellery that make them feel good about themselves.

What is your Beauty routine?

I try to eat healthily, meditate and play tennis. I have been using Monaco based skin care specialist with their signature Swiss Skin care products. After the kids are asleep, I try to spend some time on my self care routine, catch up on the day with my husband, and sleep at the right time.

How does it feel to see yourself on the cover of many magazines?

I’m grateful to have been chosen to be part and represent some of those magazines from different aspects. TheGlam Luxury Lifestyle Magazine is one of the reputable Monaco magazine, no doubt it’s an honour to work with you and represent womanhood and to share my story and hoping to inspire a few out there.
