Chris is justifiably proud of the recognition his team has earned. But at the end of the day, his greatest satisfaction still lies in watching his clients achieve their real estate goals. “I’m not a doctor or a nurse, but I really enjoy helping people buy and sell homes.”


The Elmi Group uses a wide variety of marketing tools to market its listings, including video, social media, and face-to-face events. Jennifer, who holds a marketing degree and an MBA, plans and runs their social media platforms. The team frequently holds events for clients and prospects such as movie nights, Kentucky Derby parties, and White parties. And unlike some agencies where agents are combative with each other, everyone at The Elmi Group takes pride in the team’s ability to work and play together.

As a native of The Woodlands, Chris takes pride in staying very involved in the community, and has held several leadership positions at the Woodlands Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he and Jennifer enjoy family time and staying active with their 13-year-old twins and 4 dogs.
Looking ahead, they’re putting together plans to expand their business in the future—but in a thoughtful and strategic way. “We’re more about quality than quantity. We’re not looking to grow exponentially, but we’re always open to adding to our team if the right person comes along.”
