INGREDIENTS one 3 - 4 pound boneless rump roast 1 package of dry italian salad dressing 1/2 a bottle of Pepperoncini peppers with half the juice 1 ten oz. can of beef broth

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all ingredients in crock pot 2. Cook for 8hrs until the beef can be shredded 3. Serve on buns with provolone cheese

PS : this can be adapted to instant pot and processed on high for 1 hour
