Dennis Dykes Chief Economist Nedbank Dennis Dykes joined the Nedbank Group in December 1983 and was appointed Chief Economist in May 1994. He serves on a number of organised business committees. Dykes is a director of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI) and is the business convener in the Public Finance and Monetary Policy Chamber. In 2012, Dykes won both the Reuters and Sake24 Economist of the Year Awards. His qualifications include a BComm (Hons) from Bath University and a Master’s in economics from the London School of Economics.

Elouise Kelly Head of Marketing SABC Limited Elouise Kelly has worked at some of the most prominent companies locally and abroad. As a branding, communication and business strategist, Kelly has revamped content for TV channels, launched brands, led various teams and successfully helped companies meet their objectives through succinct marketing strategies. She is passionate about brands creating meaningful conversations with their consumers to generate return on investment.

Lance Fanaroff Joint Chief Executive Officer Integr8 A professor at the London School of Business described Lance Fanaroff as a marketing man and master deal-maker. Fanaroff co-founded Integr8 IT from a tiny bedroom in 2001 and helped it grow to its glamorous headquarters today. At a previous Topco National Business Awards ceremony, Fanaroff won the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and was a finalist for the Businessman of the Year Award. He has been honoured as one of the top entrepreneurs in the Ernst & Young Worldwide Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and was named one of the top IT Personalities of the Year.

Leigh Gunkel-Keuler Public Affairs, Policy and Communications Director Pfizer South Africa In addition to her role with Pfizer, Leigh Gunkel-Keuler serves on the council of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), she plays both a strategic and instrumental role at Business Unity South Africa (BUSA). Gunkel-Keuler is driven by the passion for her work and holds a high regard for the company she represents - Pfizer.

Lulama Mokhobo Group Chief Executive Officer SABC Limited Lulama Mokhobo was born in Mafikeng in 1955 and educated in Swaziland. After receiving a BA from the University of Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland, Mokhobo went on to complete a Master’s in Science from Utah State University in the United States. In 2005, Mokhobo joined the SABC as Head of Public Broadcasting Services and later became the Group Executive for Public Broadcasting Services, looking after SABC 1 and SABC 2 and several of the SABC’s radio stations.

Dr Namane Magau Chief Executive Officer B & D Solutions Dr Namane Magau has extensive experience in education, executive leadership, management, training and development. These include serving as an advisor to the Reconstruction and Development Programme, an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, and an Executive Director of Human Capital at the SABC.

Nomaxabiso Majokweni Chief Executive Officer Business Unity South Africa Nomaxabiso Majokweni has been the CEO of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) since September 2011. She is no stranger to management of complex stakeholder relations and aims to position BUSA as a unified and fully representative apex business organisation that contributes to a vibrant, transforming and growing economy. Her vision for BUSA is to ensure that organised business plays a constructive role within the context of the country’s economic growth, development and transformation goals, by creating an environment in which businesses of all sizes can thrive nationally and internationally.

Raj Dhanlall Partner PricewaterhouseCoopers Raj Dhanlall is a Chartered Accountant (SA), holding further qualifications as a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Certified Fraud Examiner. As a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he heads up the Gauteng Private Company Services Group. Dhanlall has serviced many clients in the private and public sectors, providing assurance and investigative services and overall business management and development support. His clients range across the spectrum in terms of size and industry.

Media Partners SAfm SAfm is the SABC’s national English language public radio station. The station is almost 71 years-old and was first known as the A Programme. It was the first station to introduce the talk format and current affairs programming.
