A Word from the Publisher It’s time to spring into summer with this new issue of Natural Healing, Natural Wellness. We created it to help you make the most of this lovely time of year. It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to our new columnist, Eric Francis. Eric is a world class astrologer and investigative journalist, and the founder and editor of Planet Waves—a resource that puts us in touch with what’s happening in our inner world and the world around us. We are delighted that he is contributing his “Chiron Files” to our newsletter, and I know you’ll find it fascinating and enlightening. There is so much great information inside these pages from our wonderful team of columnists and authors. You’ll read about everything from how to protect yourself from radiation poisoning to how to sooth your sole with
reflexology, and from the symbolism of water in your dreams to the “Dirty Dozen” fruits and vegetables that should only be eaten if they are organic (as well as the 12 you don’t need to worry about). As always, Lou has written an in depth, must-read article. In this issue he discusses what pain is, and better ways to treat it. And his eye-opening chart of the side effects of over-the-counter chemical pain pills makes it easy to see why you should keep them out of your medicine cabinet. Wishing you a wonderful season and good health,
Aurora

develop Topricin® pain relief and healing cream technology. I also discovered other steps we can take to enhance the body’s desire to maintain optimum health, resolve a wide range of pain issues and maximize the body’s ability to heal itself. And now, 25 years later, I am living proof that anyone can go from feeling debilitate to living a life free of pain—without dependency on chemical-based oral pain pills. Continued on Page 9
