ՏԷՐՈՒՆԱԿԱՆ ԱՂՕԹՔ Օրհնեալ Տէր մեր Յիսուս Քրիստոս. ամէն: Հայր մեր, որ յերկինս ես, սուրբ եղիցի անուն քո: Եկեսցէ արքայութիւն քո, եղիցին կամք քո որպէս յերկինս եւ յերկրի: Զհաց մեր հանապազորդ տուր մեզ այսօր, եւ թող մեզ զպարտիս մեր, որպէս եւ մեք թողումք մերոց պարտապանաց: Եւ մի տանիր զմեզ ի փորձութիւն, այլ փրկեա զմեզ ի չարէ: Զի քո է արքայութիւն եւ զօրութիւն եւ փառք յաւիտեանս. ամէն։ ԸՆԹԵՐՑՈՒՄ ՄԱՏԵԱՆ ՈՂԲԵՐԳՈՒԹԵՆԷՆ (ՆԱՐԵԿ) ԲԱՆ ՁԷ ՍՐՏԻ ԽՈՐՔԵՐԻՑ ԽՈՍՔ ԱՍՏԾՈՅ ՀԵՏ Ա Եւ ահա, քանզի այս ողբերգութեան կտակը համեստ հասել է իր աւարտին, Արա՛ այնպէս, Տէ՜ր, որ ինքնանախատ կշտամբանքների այս խօսքերիս հետ Վերջ գտնեն նաեւ ու դադար առնեն սովորութիւններն իմ չար: Դու ինքդ յուսադրեցիր դատապարտեալիս, ասելով` "Հայրս չի ուզում, որ կորչի մէկն իսկ այս փոքրիկներից", Եւ դարձեալ, թէ` "Հօրս կամքն է, որ չկորցնեմ բոլոր ինձ յանձնուածներին": Բ Ահա՛ օրհնուած ես դու գթութեան մէջ, 2
Բարեբանուած միշտ` քաղցրութեան մէջ, Խոստովանուած` երկայնամտութեան մէջ, Եւ ճանաչուած ես այցելութեան մէջ. Քարոզուած Տէր ես դու փրկութեան մէջ. Եւ ներբողուած ես առատութեան մէջ, Պատւուած ես պաշտպանութեան մէջ, Փառաւորուած ես փրկութեան մէջ, Երկրպագուած` անբաւ բարձրութեան մէջ, Պաշտուած ես անքննութեան մէջ, Գովեա՜լդ միակ` յաղթութեան մէջ, Հռչակուած` հզօրութեան մէջ, Խնկաւորուած ես ողորմութեան մէջ, Համբուրուած` անճառ հեզութեան մէջ, Ճաշակուած ես դու խոնարհութեան մէջ: Եւ քեզ հետ նաեւ ծնողդ երկնաւոր` Աստուած բոլորի մխիթարութեան, Ընդ որում եւ սուրբ ու բարի Հոգիդ, Դու, որ սահմանեցիր չանտեսել ընկած գրաստը թշնամու Եւ անբանութեամբ սայթաքած մարդուն: Հզօրիդ ինձ ցոյց տուած երախտիքներն ու առաքինութիւնը մեծիդ` Փառաբանողներն անվերջ անդադար տօնում են բարձրում, Որոնց հետ, ուշադրութեանդ արժանացնելով եւ այս ձայնն աղերսական` Ընդունե՜ս այն դու մարտիրոսների պաղատանքներով, Իբրեւ հաճելի եւ անուշ բուրմունք, Եւ այս հաշտարար խօսքի փրկանքով` Պարտքերը նախնեաց եւ աներեւոյթ վէրքերը բոլոր, Հոգին ու մարմինը մահացնող միջիններով ու վերջիններով, Ներքիններն ու արտաքինները, դրոշմներն ու բիծերը Եւ հատուածների խարանները ողջ բժշկիր, ամենակարո՛ղ, Ողորմութեանդ դեղերով ջնջելով ու մաքրելով Բազմապիսի խայթուածքների հետքերը ամէն, 3
Որոնք քեզ համար հաճելիների հետ նմանապէս Ցոյց կտան նաեւ գարշելիները մեր բնութեան մէջ: Գ Եւ եթէ հասնեմ խորին ծերութեան քո առաջնորդութեամբ` մահուան արժանիս, Մի՛ լքիր ինձ տկարութեանս մէջ եւ մի՛ անարգիր մազերս սպիտակ, Մի՛ կորացնիր կործանուածին եւ կքեալին մի՛ իջեցնի, Մի՛ ցած բերի խոնարհուածին եւ առկայծեալին հողմի շնչին մի՛ մատնիր, Մի՛ բաց թողնի դեդեւողին եւ մի՛ մրսածին` անվերարկու. Թող չմնայ տագնապեալն անդարման, ոչ էլ խարխլած տունը` անխնամ. Թող չանպատւուի պատկերն հնացած, եւ պարարտութիւնը չանհամանայ. Թող որ չանարգուի շուքը շնորհի, եւ հնութիւնը չքամահրուի, Թող չալեկոծուի հոգուս նաւն, ու յոյսի երկարութիւնը չկտրուի, Թող ուղղալարը չխզուի, ու չխանգարուի յիշողութիւնը, Թող չքայքայուի մարմնի կազմութիւնն, ու բարձրացող թեւերը չփետտուեն, Զուարթ գեղեցկութիւնը չտգեղանա, չքաղուի պայծառ ճաճանչը շողի, Պատուհաններն աչքերիս չփակուեն եւ ոչ էլ նրանց լոյսը խափանուի, Թող չընկնի պատկերը խօսուն: Դ Աղաչում եմ քեզ, բարեգո՛ւթ, ու պաղատում եմ բոլոր սրբերով, 4
Լսիր այս ամէնն իսկ հիմակուանից, որպէսզի վերջում չմոռանաս: Դու եղար ինձ առաջնորդ եւ ազատարար, ըստ սաղմոսողի, Հանիր նաեւ ինձ Երգողի հետ, Տէ՜ր, կասկածանքներից ու վարանքներից, Որոնցից սաստիկ վախենում եմ ես: Թէեւ արժանի չեմ սովորական կերակուրն անգամ ստանալու քեզանից որպէս վարձք, Բայց դու սովոր ես եւ կարող նոյնպէս ապերախտների՛ն էլ բարեգործել, Քոնն են ամենայն բարիքներն անճառ ու զարմանալի Հրաշագործդ միայն` կատարեալ երկայնամտութեամբ: Օրհնեա՜լ ես դու Հօր եւ սուրբ Հոգուդ հետ յաւիտեանս. ամէն: ԱՂՕԹՔ Տէր ողորմեա, Տէր ողորմեա, Տէր ողորմեա: Յիսո՛ւս Փրկիչ, պահէ՛ մեզ պատրաստ եւ արթուն, որպէսզի չըլլայ թէ մեղքը մեր վրայ յարձակելով ապականէ մեր հոգիները, որուն համար Դուն մեռար: Յիսո՛ւս Քրիստոս, պահէ՛ մեզ պատրաստ եւ արթուն, որպէսզի երբ Դուն խօսիս, կարենանք ըսել, «Խօսէ՛, Տէ՛ր, քանզի Քու ծառադ մտիկ կ’ընէ»: Յիսո՛ւս Թագաւոր Փառաց, պահէ՛ մեզ պատրաստ եւ արթուն, ծառայելու Քու թագաւորութեանդ եւ քաջ զինուորի մը նման մեր կեան-քերը ի սպաս դնելու, Ամէն: ՄԱՏԹԷՈՍԻ ԱՒԵՏԱՐԱՆԷՆ 13.43-52 Այն ատեն արդարները պիտի փայլին արեւի պէս՝ իրենց Հօր թագաւորութեան մէջ: Ա՛ն որ ականջ ունի լսելու՝ թող լսէ»: 5
«Դարձեալ՝ երկինքի թագաւորութիւնը նման է արտի մէջ պահուած գանձին, որ մարդ մը՝ գտնելէ ետք՝ կը ծածկէ, եւ ուրախութենէն կ՚երթայ, կը ծախէ իր ամբողջ ունեցածը, ու կը գնէ այդ արտը»: «Դարձեալ՝ երկինքի թագաւորութիւնը նման է առեւտրականի մը, որ գեղեցիկ մարգարիտներ կը փնտռէ, եւ շատ պատուական մարգարիտ մը գտնելէ ետք՝ գնաց, ծախեց իր ամբողջ ունեցածը, ու գնեց զայն»: «Դարձեալ՝ երկինքի թագաւորութիւնը նման է ծովը նետւած ուռկանի մը, որ ամէն տեսակ ձուկ կը ժողվէ: Երբ ուռկանը լեցուեցաւ, հանեցին ծովեզերքը եւ նստան, հաւաքեցին լաւերը ամաններու մէջ, իսկ դուրս նետեցին վատերը: Ա՛յսպէս պիտի ըլլայ աշխարհի վախճանին: Հրեշտակները պիտի ելլեն, արդարներուն մէջէն պիտի զատեն չարերը, ու պիտի նետեն զանոնք կրակի հնոցին մէջ. հոն պիտի ըլլայ լաց եւ ակռաներու կրճտում»: Յիսուս ըսաւ անոնց. «Հասկցա՞ք այս ամէնը»: Ըսին անոր. «Այո՛, Տէ՛ր»: Ան ալ ըսաւ անոնց. «Ասոր համար ամէն դպիր՝ որ աշակերտ եղած է երկինքի թագաւորութեան, նման է տանտիրոջ մը՝ որ իր գանձէն կը հանէ նորն ու հինը»: ԲԺՇԿՈՒԹԵԱՆ ԱՂՕԹՔ Տէր ողորմեա, Տէր ողորմեա, Տէր ողորմեա: Փարատէ՛ ցաւերը եւ բժշկէ՛ հիւանդութիւնները քու ժողովուրդէդ, Տէր Աստուած մեր եւ բոլորին կատարեալ առողջութի՛ւն շնորհէ` Քու ամենայաղթ խաչիդ նշանով, որուն միջոցով մարդկութեան տկարութիւնը վերցուցիր եւ դատապարտեցիր մեր կեանքի եւ փրկութեան թշնամին: Դուն ես մեր կեանքն ու փրկութիւնը, բարերար եւ բազումողորմ Աստուած. 6
միայն Դո՛ւ կրնաս ներել մեր մեղքերը եւ մեզմէ հեռացնել ախտերն ու հիւանդութիւնները. Քեզի յայտնի են մեր կարիքները: Բարիքներ պարգեւող, առատ ողորմութիւնդ պարգեւէ՛ քու արարածներուդ՝ իւրաքանչիւրին ըստ իր պէտքին, որովհետեւ արարածներուդ միջոցով միշտ կը գովաբանուի Ամենասուրբ Երրորդութիւնդ. Այժմ եւ միշտ եւ յաւիտեանս յաւիտենից. ամէն: ՔԱՐՈԶ Սուրբ Խաչով Տիրոջը աղաչենք, որպէսզի սրանով փրկէ մեզ մեղքերէն եւ Իր ողորմութեան շնորհով պահէ մեզ: Ամենակալ Տէր Աստուած մեր, ապրեցու՛ր եւ ողորմէ՛: ՊԱՀՊԱՆՈՒԹԵԱՆ ԱՂՕԹՔ Տէր ողորմեա, Տէր ողորմեա, Տէր ողորմեա: Պահպանիչ եւ հաւատացեալներու յոյս, Քրիստոս Աստուած մեր, պահէ պահպանէ եւ օրհնէ Հայոց ազգը եւ Հայաստանեայց Եկեղեցին. Քու Սուրբ եւ պատուական Խաչիդ հովանիին ներքեւ, խաղաղութեան մէջ. փրկէ եւ ազատէ երեւելի եւ աներեւոյթ թշնամիներէն, արժանաւորէ գոհութեամբ փառաւորենք Քեզ ընդ Հօր եւ Սուրբ Հոգւոյն. այժմ եւ ﬕշտ եւ յաւիտեանս յաւիտենից. ամէն:

READING: FROM MADYAN VOGHPERKOUTYAN (NAREG) Prayer 87 Speaking with God from the Depths of the Heart A And now, since I am approaching the end of this modest testament of lamentations, Lord, with these prayers, put an end to those demeaning blameworthy acts that have become a bad habit with me. You established the good news of hope for condemned people like me, saying, “It is not the will of the Father, that the least of these little ones should perish.” And further, “This is the will of my Father, that I shall not lose those he has given to me.” B Behold, you are blessed for compassion, 9
ever praised for your sweetness, proclaimed for your patience, recognized for your help, preached as the Lord for salvation, celebrated for your bounty, honored for your protection, glorified for your deliverance, worshiped for your infinite highness, adored for your greatness beyond understanding, alone acclaimed for your triumph, exalted for your great strength, revered for your mercy, embraced for your mildness. Sharing in humility with your heavenly father, God of all comfort, together with your Holy Spirit, filled with goodness who established the Law not to abandon the fallen beast of one’s enemy nor the man who stumbles by his own stupidity. Your gifts, Almighty, within me, and your virtue, great Lord, on high are celebrated endlessly by the eternal choir of angels, thus hear my prayful voice through the intercession of the angels and along with the supplications of the martyrs, in sweet and pleasing aroma Through the redeeming value of these prayers of reconciliation, almighty Lord, let my original sin be pardoned and my unseen wounds be cured, along with those committed in the course of my life and at my death, 10
wounds that bring death to my body and my soul. Heal my inner and outer wounds, their traces, lines, and welts, with the exalted and pure salve of your mercy. The multitude of bites show you the essence of my character, both the base and that which is pleasing to you. C And if I reach old age, having been guided by you to my worthy death, do not abandon me in my frailty. Do not despise my gray hair. Do not destroy what is already broken. Do not bring down the bent. Do not knock down the humbled. Do not extinguish the flickering flame with your wind. Do not shove the unsteady. Do not leave the shivering without a coat. Do not permit the afflicted to go without a cure. Do not leave the dilapidated untended. Do not let the old image be dishonored. Do not take the taste away from the sumptuous. Do not tarnish the splendor of grace. Do not insult the old. Do not send waves upon the ship of my soul. Do not cut the thread of hope. Do not sever the life line. Do not take away presence of mind or memory. Do not destroy what you have shaped. Do not clip the wings of ascension. Do not deform the cheerfulness of beauty. Do not retract the rays of light. 11
Do not close the windows of the eyes. Do not block their light. Do not cut down my speaking image. D I pray you, compassionate Lord, I beseech you with all of the saints, listen to my prayers now, so that they will not later be forgotten. You led me, as the Psalmist wrote, and “restored my soul.” Relieve me, Lord, as with the Psalmist, of the doubts and perplexities that cause me fear. But I am not worthy of this, no, not even of the common sustenance of a hired servant. But you are able, according to your ways, to show kindness even to people who whine as I do. Yours are the amazing gifts beyond telling, you, who alone work miracles, continuously blessed with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever. Amen. PRAYER Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy Jesus our Savior , please keep us alert and ready, so sin will not strike and try to blemish our souls for which You have given Your life. Jesus Christ, keep us alert and ready, so when You speak to us we may say, ” Speak ,our Lord, for Your servant is listening.” Jesus the King of Glory, keeps us alert and ready to serve Your Kingdom with our lives, as brave soldiers. GOSPEL ACCORDING TO MATTHEW: 13.43-52 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Whoever has ears, let them hear. “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. “Once again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish. When it was full, the fishermen pulled it up on the shore. Then they sat down and collected the good fish in baskets, but threw the bad away. This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. “Have you understood all these things?” Jesus asked. “Yes,” they replied. He said to them, “Therefore every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.” PRAYER FOR THE SICK Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy Dispel the pain and heal the sickness of thy people, Lord our God and grant to all perfect health by the sign of thine all-conquering cross through which thou removed the weakness of mankind and condemned the enemy of our life and salvation. and salvation, beneficent and all merciful God, who alone can forgive us our sins and remove diseases and sickness from us, to whom are known our needs and necessities. Bestower of gifts, grant thy bounteous mercy to thy creatures according to their individual needs, through whom thy Holy Trinity is always glorified and praised, now and always and forever and ever. Amen.
LITANY By the Holy Cross let us beseech the Lord, that through it he may deliver us from our sins and save us by the grace of his mercy. Almighty Lord our God, save us and have mercy upon us. Lord have mercy Guardian and hope of the faithful Christ our God, guard, protect and bless Armenian Nation and Armenian Church, under the shadow of Thine holy and precious Cross in peace. Deliver from enemies visible and invisible. Make us worthy to give thanks to Thee and to glorify Thee with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and forever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
