Whether you want one-on-one personal training while our pet-minders walk your dog, or a chef’s picnic lunch prepared for a day on the beach, the Residence Concierge is responsible for providing the highest quality of personalised service wherever and whenever you need it.

House Car Drivers

Mondrian Gold Coast’s private house car drivers make sure you get wherever you need to go during your stay in the most stylish way. A house car is available for reservation to drop you off at the airport or take you to the hottest local restaurants and nightlife spots within 11 kilometres from home.

AT YOUR SERVICE

Core Residence Concierge services:

• Serve as the engaging, single point of contact for information and access to everything happening in the Hotel, the residential community, broader community and beyond.

• Continuous attendance onsite (during operating hours) for resident queries, deliveries and valet requests.

• Coordinate reservations for the house car and driver.

• Communicate and facilitate access and other caretaking requests between the Residents and the Caretaker.

• Receive and store deliveries, deliver when the resident returns.

• Coordinate requests for Car Valet.

• Bicycle Valet.

• Surf Valet.

• Residence lounge and pool sunbed bookings.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to Residence Owners.

Coordinate all A-La-Carte Services including but not limited to:

• Travel arrangements (airport transfers and hotel via Ownership Benefits Program).
