After originally launching with other project marketers in October 2016, TOTAL Property Group were engaged by the developer to review pricing, plans on offer and offer advice on the marketing required to successfully relaunch the project. We recommended a range of apartment reconfigurations, including larger 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.

These subsequently reconfigured apartments were sold for up to $1,750,000. A new sales office, complete with a scale mock apartment was constructed.
