Banana Bread Recipe

1. Line 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Add 3 bananas, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp baking soda to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Fold in nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, or any other optional add-ins (chocolate, oats, dried fruit, peanut butter, nuts, etc.).
4. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes and enjoy!
