Dalgona Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients: 2 large egg whites, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp matcha, milk of choice

Instructions
1. Mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 cup boiling water to make a simple syrup. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add egg whites to a bowl and whip until frothy. Then stream in the sugar syrup while beating on high.
3. Whip the eggs until they turn white and form stiff peaks.
4. Sift the matcha powder into the mixture. Then whip on high until smooth and creamy. Be careful not to over-whip the eggs!
5. Fill two glasses with ice and a milk of your choice. Top the glasses with the matcha cream mixture. Stir thoroughly.
