In 1880 Ryan’s great great grandfather moved to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of Montana. Logging helped support the Conner family then and does now. At age 16 Ryan purchased his first timber sale, caught the logging bug, started a logging company and continues to be influential in Montana’s forest management to this day. In 2005, Ryan and Robin formed R&R Conner Aviation, purchased their own UH-1 Super B Helicopter, and started on a whole new adventure in the Bitterroot Valley. They say the company is only as good as the people, and are grateful for their employee’s loyalty and hard work. The Bitterroot Valley, its natural resources, and its people have always been an integral part of their lives and livelihood. Whether it is in business, the community or proper resource management in Montana, the Conners know how important it is sustain proper growth and management for success in the long run.
