Chinton Architects is an established Dhaka based architecture, interior and urban design studio. During my time at Chinton, I had the invaluable opportunity to work hands-on in both commercial and residential building designs, as well as interior design projects across various sectors, including residential spaces, commercial venues, offices, and retail outlets. This experience allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set that extends beyond design.
I honed my expertise in creating detailed and functional designs, 3D simulations, while also mastering the art of project management. This included crafting Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing invoices, and meticulously overseeing project timelines. I gained a deep understanding of vendor management, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship were consistently met.
My attention to detail was sharpened through direct involvement in all stages of the design and construction process, allowing me to deliver projects that not only met but exceeded client expectations. This experience has equipped me with a well-rounded proficiency in the architectural and interior design fields, enabling me to manage complex projects from concept to completion with precision and professionalism.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that architecture is a powerful tool to shape the built environment in ways that resonate with time, culture, and collective memory. This philosophy extends to the way I have guided over 20 students who have successfully entered the field of architecture, primarily through focused sketching and drawing tuitions.
In mwy approach, I emphasize architecture as a non-linear and collaborative process, encouraging students to think beyond traditional boundaries and explore innovative solutions that respond to contemporary needs. My sessions are designed to cultivate a deep understanding of space-making, where students learn to translate their ideas into tangible designs that consider context, aesthetics, and function.

Material Sourcing: Extensive material sourcing, including international standard workmanship via vendor trials. Project Management: Complete on-site project management, overseeing all phases from design implementation to final execution.

This project marks the fourth successful outlet in a series, for which I was responsible for design, supervision, and project management on behalf of Bproperty as a subcontractor for Best-In-Brands Sundora.
