Arrival/Dismissal

ARRIVAL

• Carline will begin promptly at 8:30am for Summer Kaleidoscope, Enrichment and Sports camps. It is strongly encouraged that you are on time for camps. • Campers must remain in their vehicle until you are greeted by Summer at Tower Hill Staff. • At 9AM, gates will be locked for the day and you must use the doorbell to enter after this time. Call 302.575.0550 ext. 209 with any questions.

DISMISSAL

• All campers will be escorted by Camp Specialists to your vehicle and dismissed using our carline. • We appreciate learning about dismissal changes upon your child’s arrival or via note sent in with camper; however, if a change is necessary, please call the Day Camp Office 302.575.0550. Ext. 209. • Please refrain from cell phone (talking or texting) while waiting in the car line as this is a safety concern for our campers.

STUDENTS IN AFTER CARE:

will be dismissed individually as parents arrive. Gates will be locked. Please use the doorbell device to alert Camp Specialists of your arrival. Campers will be brought out to the gate for dismissal to their parents.

The maps on the next page indicate where to pick-up and drop-off campers for Day Camp, Enrichment, and Sports camps.
