In Fondest Memory The Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) dedicates the 2022 Spring Parade of Homes™ and this edition of the Parade of Homes™ Magazine to Lori Emmer Cain, of Emmer Development. Her passion for BANCF and the Parade of Homes™ is manifested in her 30 years of involvement with the Association. Among serving on various BANCF committees throughout the years, Lori chaired the Parade of Homes™ from 1998-2002 and again in 2014. Lori was also an active BANCF Board of Directors member for 26 years, and became an officer in 2003, serving as Treasurer, then Vice President in 2004 and was sworn in as BANCF President in 2005. Lori was the second female President of this long-standing organization. She was BANCF’s Chair of the Year in 2001 for her work on the Parade and received one of the association’s highest honors being awarded Builder of the Year in 2006. Lori is greatly missed; the impact she has had on this organization and this community will forever be cherished.
