Rent payments in December and April

The simple answer is NO you don’t! We take the non-collect weeks into account when working out your monthly payments. Your rent for the year (including the non- collect weeks) is added together and then divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

In non-collect weeks, paying your usual rent PLUS the agreed amount, is just as important as it will help you catch up on your outstanding arrears.

My Home Online

We’re sometimes asked: ‘ If I pay my rent monthly, do I miss out on the ‘non-collect’ weeks?’
