We have options that offer payment plans for 3, 5, and up to 10 years.

We offer married couples a first to pass policy which is a plan that covers whomever passes first.

We also offer single payment plans. We offer several cremations pre-planning services and

we have a crematory on site at our location. Before you cash your life insurance policy in, stop by and we’ll buy back your policies.

- Complete Series: One every 3 years

- Fluoride twice yearly for ages up to 16 years

Plan Pricing:

Individual Plan: $240 yr.

Double Plan: $470 yr.

- Two adults or one adult/one child

Family Plan: $850 yr.

- Two adults/two children

Children’s Plan Only: $120 yr.

- For children ages 7-17 yrs.

Additional Dependent Children: $90 yr.

- Children 3 and under automatically in their parent’s plan

Terms:

- Members must reside at the same address

- Children must be dependents of enrolled member

- Exclusions apply
