Cyclone Yasi – contribute to AbC Open’s Aftermath community recovery project

Did you survive Cyclone Yasi? Do you have a photo from before, during or after Cyclone Yasi that you’d like to share? It can be on a usb, disc or on your digital camera or smart phone. We’d love to see your photo and hear your story of surviving Cyclone Yasi and what the recovery has been like in the aftermath. With your permission we’ll upload your photo to the ABC Open Camera Club on Flickr and record your story to share it online.

Photobooth: “My dad always told me...”

Come along to ABC Open photobooth and celebrate Father’s Day by sharing some of your father’s wisdom with us! It’s really simple – finish the sentence “My dad always told me...” on one of our chalk boards and step into the photobooth to have your photo taken. With your permission, we’ll upload your photo to the ABC Open Camera Club in Flickr. From there you can download the photo and share it with friends and family on Facebook! Look out for ABC Open photobooth projections on festival evenings.
