Events Capital Of The North

Townsville has well and truly established a reputation as the Events Capital of the North.

Across July and August, the city hosted numerous highprofile events, including the North Australian Festival of Arts (NAFA), Ephemera: Seaside Sculptures, Australian Festival of Chamber Music, the NTI Townsville 500, McDonald’s Townsville Running Festival and dozens of other sporting, music and entertainment events.
