Division 5 As we lead into the Christmas and New Year period we need to reflect on what it means to us, is it about spending time with family and friends, is it about creating happy memories that will last a lifetime? You are responsible for keeping your property neat and tidy. Properties that become overgrown can cause an unhappy neighbourhood, be a nuisance to your neighbours and potentially a danger to them and your community.

Top tips for keeping your property tidy:

✓ Store objects and materials out of sight ✓ Put your rubbish out for collection each week ✓ Dispose of old vehicles or machinery ✓ Mow your lawn regularly ✓ Dispose of your green waste at Council’s dumps for FREE all year round ✓ Organise for someone to maintain your yard if you will be away for a period of time.
