Description
1. Remove the existing bolts from both chassis rails (2 on each vertical face & 2 on the left hand horizontal face). 2. Unhook the wiring loom from the right hand chassis rail. 3. Loosely attach side plates SP to the inside vertical face of each chassis rail using set screws A with washers WA. 4. Loosely attach angles LA and RA to the horizontal face of each chassis rail using set screws A with washers WA and to side plates using set screws B with washers WA. 5. Attach crossbar CB to side plates SP using set screws A & B. 6. Attach preferred type approved coupling (not supplied) using set screws C. 7. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
