I have been craving Mexican food since coming to Japan, so I started cooking more at home to get my Mexican fix on. I am sharing some of my family's recipes, and I have made them using Japanese ingredients. So you can find them at your local grocery stores or nearest international store. I tried to be mindful of people who don't eat meat. Please follow the ** symbol to substitute to your liking. This meal is made to make tacos, because who doesn't like tacos? Pico de gallo is a nice side salad pretty much with anything.
