PUBLISHER’S NOTE
elcome
to the 11th year of StreetScape Magazine. It’s amazing how much our publication has evolved over the years, but our main strength and focus has remained the same…packing each issue full of positive articles that highlight the people, places and events happening in our area that you should know about. Our annual community recognition event, “Beyond The Best Business Awards” is our signature event honoring some of the great people of this community and we are proud to host it each year. We have just launched a new website and digital magazine platform that’s fresh, interactive and really brings StreetScape to life! In print, or online, please continue to read and enjoy StreetScape Magazine.
OUR WHY...
Our Mission is to use our platform of TPH Media/Streetscape Magazine to enhance our community and positively impact the lives of the people in it.
OUR HOW...
We consistently produce a highquality lifestyle publication that enlightens, encourages, educates and entertains our readers and helps to promote and grow area businesses and organizations. The events we host enrich the community and support charities and businesses. These serve to unite people together in a collaborative, positive experience. Please join us in these endeavors. We are always appreciative of our Readers, Ad Partners, Event Participants and Supporters!
Great plans are in the works for 2017! I look forward to seeing you!
Sincerely, Thomas P. Hannegan

TESTIMONIALS Ad Partners “The BusinessScape section perfectly targets our ideal client – local business owners. Business owners who put their hearts and souls on the line everyday and are passionate about what they do. Business owners who want their companies to grow and want to make an impact on their community. Our advertorials are designed to educate and quickly identify those businesses that want – and need -- what we sell. The BusinessScape section of StreetScape allowed us to do exactly that. It wasn’t long after we ran our first piece that prospective clients began contacting us, asking for more information. That is exactly what advertising is supposed to do! With results like that, we’ll continue to run advertorials in BusinessScape indefinitely.”
Danette J. Kohrs Growth System Co-Founder; Principal Advisor Trinity Strategic Growth Solutions Business Growth & Development Specialists
“I enjoy reading StreetScape because of its dedication to the community and focus on St. Charles County. I also appreciate that the StreetScape team is committed to being a champion for Wamhoff and the businesses here in the community. I feel that the magazine is done very professionally, so it complements my business immensely. It is well circulated, and I have gotten a number of good reviews from both clients and prospects regarding my participation, and of the magazine in general.” Bob Wamhoff Wamhoff Financial Planning & Accounting Services Inc
“I just wanted to let you know the response from my ad in Streetscape Magazine is paying off. My customers cut out the ad and save it. Many people bring the ad with them to show me. It’s great to see my investment working. I like the local business stories too, Streetscape is a great launch pad for small business owners and artists.” Lisa Hagemann, Proprietor Oma’s Barn Home & Garden
“Sometimes it’s difficult to determine whether the financial resources used for advertising are paying off in terms of increased visibility in the community and additional business. I never have that issue with StreetScape. Over and over again, I find myself meeting new clients in my law firm who have my StreetScape ad torn from the magazine and placed with their other documents.”
Lorna Frahm Founder; Attorney The Frahm Law Firm, LLC
The Community “StreetScape was my ‘Go-To’ guide for entertainment when we moved to the St. Charles area. I had no idea of where to dine, shop and meet people. I picked up StreetScape at a local business and quickly came up with a list of establishments to visit. We’ve found some of our favorite places to frequent from ads and articles in StreetScape.”
