The Charger Production Pressure Blast Machine uses a large 1.0 cubic foot capacity ASME Coded pressure pot to pneumatically push the abrasive to the part using the nozzle ID size and blasting pressure to determine the compressed air usage. Pressure Blasters require less cfm to create the same abrasive velocity during operation. Direct pressure machines produce faster abrasive particle velocity, higher abrasive grain density and greater abrasive frictional heat for heavy coating removal and cross-drill de-burring.

Cobra Stage I Soda Blast Cabinet
The Cobra Stage I Soda Blaster is a cost effective model when you need a soda blasting cabinet for smaller parts and lower part production using smaller air compressors.
The smaller footprint requires less shop floor space and two doors allow placement in different locations that a single door machine often does not allow. TM
All Media Blast soda blasters use the All New GhostFlow soda delivery system with low compressed air usage, low soda usage and patented separator reclaimer. The unique soda dropout system with patented separator prevents the sused soda from transferring into the dust collector allowing longer machine operation before dust collector service is required.
Media Blast soda models are available in Stage I, II and III, allowing users to choose the machine that best fits their application needs. Look to the N-200 Soda Stage II unit for larger cabinets with longer daily machine duty cycle, larger dust collector and higher daily soda delivery. The Blizzard Stage III is the most advanced soda model offered today with self-cleaning dust collector that includes manual override controls and cartridge filter monitor gauge.

Is Non-Destructive Cleaning Critical?
ARMEX Is The Only Choice When cleaning parts that cannot have the specifications or surface tolerances change, the only blasting abrasive to use is ARMEX. Other hard blasting abrasives can remove surface materials, damage threads and change the specifications along with surface tolerances rendering the parts unusable. The gentle physical propriety of baking soda but yet aggressive cleaning ability is what makes ARMEX the only choice. ARMEX is environmentallyfriendly and soluble. It can dissolve in water, oil, antifreeze and transmission fluid. Because ARMEX is soluble it will never leave blasting particles behind in critical or hidden passageways like other hard blasting abrasives which can increases the risk of parts failure when placed back into service. Blizzard Stage III Soda Blaster Using GhostFlow™ Technology
Production applications are what the Blizzard Stage III was designed for, if you have multiple daily shifts we offer dust collector upgrades to 880 sq.ft. with automatic timed reverse pulse cleaning that includes manual over-ride controls. Clean any part down to the original finish and do it with a water soluble abrasive to eliminate any abrasive residuals and know the part has been unchanged. 95% of the used soda is collected outside the cabinet preventing it from entering the advanced easy clean dust collector with Automatic Timed Reverse Pulse Cleaning Cycle. The Blizzard also includes manual pulse over-ride controls for added cleaning.
