Pesticide applicator classes offered in Basin, Cody, Powell

From University of Wyoming Extension Several classes to obtain or renew private pesticide applicator licenses are being offered in February and through March in Basin, Cody and Powell by the University of Wyoming (UW) Extension. The four-hour classes include integrated pest management, how to properly read and understand the label, types and use of personal protective equipment and federal reporting requirements. The classes will also count for four hours of continuing education credits (CEUs) for commercial pesticide applicator CONTINUED ON PAGE A2 license holders.

From University of Nebraska-Lincoln IANR News The annual Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference will celebrate 35 years February 20 and 21 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Kearney.
