BUSINESS IN FOCUS KP Massage Therapy - helping you move freely
Whether you are an office worker, tradie, gym enthusiast, an avid gardener or in to sports, Kathy and her new team member, Joanne, from KP Massage Therapy can help keep you moving. Kathy specialises in remedial and sports massage and is a qualified Sports Medic and Joanne specialises in remedial and relaxation massage. With their expertise they can do a full assessment to pinpoint the cause of your pain. Once a treatment plan has been made they will treat the area with massage or dry needling. Dry needling is similar to acupuncture, where needles are placed into the problem area, this then sends a message to the brain telling it that the particular muscle is tight and needs to relax. This type of therapy is as effective as massage, without the pressure and pain associated with massage. When they have alleviated your pain and tension Kathy and Jo will then teach you certain stretches and exercises that you can do to prevent any similar injuries, strain and tension from reoccurring. Not only can Kathy and Jo perform one-on-one massage therapy sessions, KP Massage Therapy also offers Corporate Seated Massage. Kathy and Jo can come to your workplace and give employees a seated massage in a specially designed therapeutic chair. Corporate Seated Massage has the benefits of increased productivity, minimising workplace injuries and reduce stress, just to name Remedial & Sports Massage a few. Helping to Keep You Moving As well as massage, KP Massage Therapy also Electrolyte Replacement Products stocks products to help keep you hydrated and on the move such as electrolyte replacement, sports Sports Medicine Products • First Aid Supplies medicine and first aid products as well as strapping Strapping Tape tape. So if you feel a twinge, pain or tension call Kathy and Jo at KP Massage Therapy on 4154 4585 Ph: 4154 4585 Monday - Friday 8.45am to 6.30pm and get moving freely today.
