Evaluation of progress The Traditional Music Forum’s communications plan is intended to be a dynamic document that is responsive to changes in the environment within or outwith the Traditional Music Forum. As such, it is proposed that this document is reviewed every six months and that this review is taken to be an opportunity to: § Reflect on the distance travelled: o Have all of the actions you aimed to complete been completed? o Do the actions going forward still look relevant and achievable? o Have any new opportunities or priorities arisen that should be translated into actions? § Amend the actions and dates if required to ensure that the communications plan remains current, focused and achievable.
