A special shout out in this month’s Bulletin goes to Ray and Hilary Skinner, who celebrated 50 years of marriage last month! Their son, Will, got in touch with us and told us their wonderful story, about how they are good friends with the founders of Traidcraft and talk fondly of being part of the Traidcraft founding team. Will tells us that in fact, Ray was the first Chair of Traidcraft and Hilary hand-drew the first ever catalogue!

As Traidcraft is so close to the couple’s hearts, to commemorate such a special occasion, their children ordered £200’s worth of Gifts for Life, as well as the symbolic Olive Oil Tree Planting Gift Set and presented it to their parents on the day.
