Aim: Coaching for performance supports the development of highly effective coaching skills and techniques that will help delegates to begin driving high performance through coaching their teams and their organisations. Participants will understand the important role coaching plays in encouraging others to reach their full potential and perform to the best of their abilities.
Through practical coaching models and techniques, participants will identify ways of bringing coaching into their everyday approach to leading and managing. Using feedback techniques
Setting high performance SMART goals and objectives
Applying high quality questioning techniques
Using models to support challenging (task and behavioural) conversations
Exploring coaching models and applying them to ‘real’ coaching examples.

Make the best use of the latest coaching models to structure and ensure effective performance conversations
Identify and maximise performance conversations through corridor coaching and feedback
