Dingle Way

Challenge 2023: The event will take place on Sunday, June 4th, with multiple route options for various skill levels.

Club Lotto: The jackpot for the draw on Sunday, April 2nd, is €6000.

Juvenile Academy: The academy has resumed sessions at MTU North Campus (Eircode V92HDV4) from 12 pm to 1 pm.

Gaelic4Girls: The 8-week program for 6-12-year-old girls continues, with sessions taking place on Sundays at St. Pat’s Blennerville.

Upcoming games: The U13s will play against Cordal next Sunday, and the U14 girls will face John Mitchels B in an away game, with the date and time to be confirmed.

Irish Schools Championships 2023

Younger swimmers participated in the Minor Schools Championship, achieving PBs and finals

Senior swimmers Liam O’Connor and Maire O’Sullivan competed in the Interpro Schools Championships

Munster team took 3rd position overall

2. Munster Aspiring Gala Meet 2 Swimmers achieved PBs and national qualification times

Event serves as a major fundraiser for the club

6. Irish Open Swimming Championships Swimmers Rory Boyd, Cian Mason, and Liam O’Connor to participate in the Irish Open starting this Saturday

7. Nutrition Talk

Senior Dietitian Melissa Costello to give a nutrition talk for swimmers on Friday at 7pm, focusing on pre and posttraining and gala nutrition.

Tralee Chess Club

Tralee played Limerick B at 4pm in their second best of 5 match.Tralee again were victorious, winning 3 1/2 to 1 1/2.This result maintains their 100 percent record. Ukranian pair Yunis Barudi and Oleksandr Zakcadndyi again both won.Syrian Ayman Osman had also a spectacular win with an elaborate check mate.Paul Shanahan drew his match.Johnny Hoare lost out in a close encounter.Tralee Chess Club kept up their 100 percent record by beating Ennis B 3/2 in their first match in Charleville last Sunday.Yukranian pair Yunis Barudi and Oleksandr Zakcadndyi both won.Paul Shanahan and Johnny Hoare both drew.Ayman Osman was an unlucky loser. this ensures Tralee stay top of the Munster Chess League Division 2
