‫ﻛﻴﻒ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺒﺪﺃ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺭﺑﻮﻉ ﺍﺳﻜﺘﻠﻨﺪﺍ‬

‫ﺗﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻌﺎً ﻟﻼﻧﺘﻘﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ ﻳﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﻮﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺨﻔﻀﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺇﻟﻰ‬

‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﻧﻮﺭﺙ ﻫﺎﻭ ﺗﻤﻜﻨﺖ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻷﻏﺬﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮﺍء ﻛﺴﺎﺭﺗﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﻭﻋﺼﺎﺭﺗﻴﻦ ﻟﻠﺘﻔﺎﺡ ﻭﺇﺗﺎﺣﺘﻬﻤﺎ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ ﻭﺗﺴﻌﻰ ﺍﻵﻥ‬ ‫ﺇﻟﻰ ﺇﻧﺸﺎء ﻣﺴﺘﻮﺩﻉ ﻣﺤﻠﻲ ﻟﻠﻮﺍﺯﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺴﺘﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺳﻌﺔ ﻛﺎﻟﺴﻤﺎﺩ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻀﻮﻱ ﻭﺃﻭﺭﺍﻕ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﺎﺗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﻠﻠﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﺑﻮﺭﺗﻮﺑﻴﻠﻠﻮ ﺗﺒﺬﻝ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺟﻬﻮﺩﺍً ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺗﻤﻜﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﻮﺭﺑﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺡ ﻣﻦ ﺳﺪ ﺍﻻﺣﺘﻴﺎﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﻭﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﻏﻼﺳﻜﻮ ﺣﺮﺻﺖ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺷﺘﻰ ﺃﻧﺤﺎء‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺮﺽ ﺍﻷﻓﻼﻡ ﻭﺯﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻫﺘﻤﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺑﺎﻷﻃﻌﻤﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﻫﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﻣﺠﻠﺲ ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻏﻼﺳﻜﻮ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﺑﻼﻙ ﺁﻳﻞ ﻧﻈﻤﺖ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﺔ ﻳﻮﻣﺎً ”ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﺎً‬ ‫ﻟﻠﻄﺎﻗﺔ“ ﻟﺘﻮﺿﻴﺢ ﻣﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﺴﻬﻮﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺠﺪﺩﺓ ﺑﺄﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ‪.‬‬

‫ﻧﺤﻦ ﻧﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻌﺎً ﻹﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﺳﺒﻞ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻟﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻧﻌﻴﺶ‬ ‫ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﻳﺰﺩﺍﺩ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﺔ‪ ٬‬ﺣﻴﺚ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﺣﻠﻮﻻ ﻣﻨﺨﻔﻀﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﻭﻓﻲ ﻧﻔﺲ ﺍﻷﺛﻨﺎء ﻧﺠﻌﻞ‬ ‫ﻧﺒﺘﻜﺮ‬ ‫ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﻌﻴﺶ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺗﺒﺪﻭ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺣﻴﻮﻳﺔ ﻭﺇﺛﺎﺭﺓ ﻭﺇﺛﺎﺑﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻧﺤﻦ ﻧﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺑﺚ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎﺗﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﺔ‪ ٬‬ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺗﺸﺠﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪﺓ‪٬‬‬ ‫ﻭﺧﻠﻖ ﻓﺮﺹ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﺤﻠﻴﺔ‪ ٬‬ﻭﺗﻮﻓﻴﺮ ﺍﻷﻃﻌﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺯﺟﺔ‬ ‫ﺑﺄﺳﻌﺎﺭ ﻣﻌﻘﻮﻟﺔ‪ ٬‬ﻭﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﻴﻔﺔ ‪ -‬ﻟﻤﺎﺫﺍ ﻻ ﺗﺠﻌﻞ‬ ‫ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ ﻳﺸﺎﺭﻙ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ؟‬

‫ﻛﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺗﺼﺎﻝ ﺑﻔﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﻢ ﻓﻲ ”ﻣﻨﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻻﺳﻜﻮﺗﻠﻨﺪﻳﺔ“ )‪(Transition Scotland Support‬‬ ‫ ﻓﺮﺑﻤﺎ ﻧﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻠﻚ ﺑﺄﺷﺨﺎﺹ ﺁﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻦ‬‫ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺘﻤﻴﻦ ﺑﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎﻝ‪ .‬ﺍﻧﻈﺮ ﺍﻟﺠﺰء ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔﻲ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻨﺸﺮﺓ ﻟﻼﻃﻼﻉ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻕ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻟﻬﺎ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﻋﺪﺓ‪ .‬ﺇﻥ ﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻫﻮ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﻦ ﺃﻭ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻟﻜﻲ‬ ‫ﺗﺒﺪﺃ‪.‬‬

‫ﺑﻤﺠﺮﺩ ﺗﻜﻮﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ‪ ٬‬ﺍﺑﺪﺃﻭﺍ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻣﻌﺎً‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺰﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﻋﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﺫﺝ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎﻝ ‪ -‬ﻗﺮﺭﻭﺍ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻜﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺗﻌﻴﺸﻮﻥ ﻓﻴﻪ‪:‬‬ ‫ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﻌﺮﺿﻮﻥ ﻓﻴﻠﻤﺎً‪ ٬‬ﺃﻭ ﺗﻨﺸﺌﻮﻥ ﻛﺸﻜﺎً ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺘﻜﻢ‪ ٬‬ﺃﻭ ﺗﻀﻌﻮﻥ ﻣﻠﺼﻘﺎﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺍﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻳﺔ‪ ٬‬ﺃﻭ ﺗﻌﻘﺪﻭﻥ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﺎً ﺟﻤﺎﻫﻴﺮﻳﺎً‪...‬‬

‫ﺗﺤﺪﺛﻮﺍ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﻈﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮﺩﻳﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻘﺮﺑﺔ‬ ‫ﻣﻨﻜﻢ‪ ٬‬ﻭﺍﺳﺄﻟﻮﻫﻢ ﻋﻤﺎ ﻳﺮﻭﻧﻪ ﻣﻬﻤﺎً‪ ٬‬ﻭﺍﺷﺮﺣﻮﺍ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮﻳﻘﻜﻢ‪.‬‬

‫ﺳﺎﻋﺪﻭﺍ ﻓﻲ ﺇﻧﺸﺎء ﻓﺮﻕ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺗﺮﻛﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻣﻮﺭ ﻣﺜﻞ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻐﺬﺍء ﻭﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻔﺎﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‪ ...‬ﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻻ ﺗﺘﺸﻜﻞ ﺟﻤﻴﻌﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻮ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﺤﻈﺔ‪٬‬‬ ‫ﻓﺒﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻕ ﻻ ﺗﻀﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺑﺪﺍﻳﺘﻬﺎ ﺇﻻ ﺷﺨﺼﺎً ﺃﻭ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﻦ‪.‬‬
